They took good care of me during My cleaning move out and helped me get my deposit back they did a wonderful job .

This company is completely dishonest. They lied and said my husband called to reschedule and he never called them. They kept rescheduling the day of and pushing our apt. I had to call 5 times to get ahold of someone on the phone and when I did they kept changing their story. Super unprofessional! Do not waste your time even bothering to set up an appointment because they will not show!

I had the girls come and clean and they were so very nice and did exactly what I asked them to do. I have now signed up for a monthly cleaning because I enjoyed working with this company and very happy with the job they did on my house. I recommend them highly Service: Deep clean

Terrible! They cleaned out new house before we moved in so we were not there. When they left the house was still dirty and I had to pay another cleaner to come the next day! 3 women came for 4 hours and the place was still dirty! The worst part was the dishonesty. The owner Angelica lied about how long they cleaned for. I guess she figured that since we weren't there she could rip us off.

Well we live in a gated community where we get a text whenever someone enters so we know exactly what times they came and left! My husband was very upset and didn't want to pay until the house was cleaned. So she just charged our card unauthorized! Extremely dishonest.

Maybe her name is Giselle or Angel or whomever books the appointments is rude and unprofessional. The ladies were nice but they milked the clock because that was NOT a deep cleaning and they paid ZERO attention to detail. Wouldn't use them again. Update: After taking the time to walk through my property I wish I had not even paid them. They did not clean the refrigerator inside.

They did not wipe the inside of the stove. There is dirt around the back of the toilet floor. There's dirt in EVERY corner of EVERY window. They tried to charge me for an extra hour and they didn't even clean well. The base boards are still dirty. I will have to clean myself before moving a tenant in. The worst service EVER!

I have used their services before and they did an incredible job. I had decided to use them again and was greatly disappointed. They initially showed up an hour late, they cleaned the floors well but there was a lot of things they did incorrectly. I wouldn't have had much of an issue with it but the owner claimed that I had left my kitchen Matt in the garage, that my washing machine was broken and the girls thought that I would want the old coffee in my coffee maker for later.

Very professional and on time. They went over every detail and left the home pristine. I will recommend this to anyone who's looking for excellent service and competitive / reasonable prices.

I requested specifically that they wash the windows and also wipe the kitchen cabinets. I got home and they were already packing up. They told me they had done the windows when I ask them. They charged me $210 for a 2,300sq ft house for 3 hours. It was poorly cleaned and the whole experience not satisfactory at all. Will never use them again!

I made an appointment weeks in advance for move in services. Another client came along and they called to see if they could change the time. I said I scheduled early for a reason and really needed the 8am time. They cancelled. Unreliable. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

We used them for a deep cleaning about a year ago and recently have them coming regularly. The women who came were professional, very through and efficient. They came in and cleaned beyond what I expected. Window blinds, sills, cabinets, even the kitchen sink! I am so impressed with them. They arrived on time and very courteous; even the office staff is wonderful. Always accommodating and responsive! I would recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services.

As far as surface cleaning, that was done to expectation as that seems to be what they specialize in but it was not what I had asked for. They sent 3 ladies that stayed less than 2 hours even though I was charged for 2. I was scheduled to receive a deep clean yet they didn't clean the outside of the fridge, the vent over the stove, medicine cabinets (which I left the doors wide open on) and several other key places that I pointed out but should not have had to. They were not detail oriented at all and we had a language barrier as I don't speak Spanish. When I called them back, I never even received a response.

Honest Review. I needed a cleaning service on a Saturday without notice and I spoke with the gentleman who said he can send the three ladies over. He promised that they could do a deep cleaning and could stay as long as a I needed. Unfortunately that was not the case as they were late due to the dispatcher giving them the wrong address and also one of the ladies had to be at the bus terminal at a certain time.

Overall the ladies did a good job but could not clean the closets as I requested due to time constraints. I also noticed that the showers were not thoroughly cleaned nor my petting eating area. The language barrier was a quite an issue as I could not properly communicate my needs. I probably would not use them again due to the gentleman that booked my service over promising and under delivering. I actually attempted to call him with my concerns after the ladies arrived and received no answer nor a call back.

I have had numerous cleaning services in my home over the years. This was the worst cleaning service I have ever had. The 3 women who came did not do anything but swipe a cloth over some of the surfaces of some of the rooms. There was still a layer of dust on the furniture of a room they obviously did not enter. The outside of the stove had visible dirt on it when they were "finished." The owner was rude, insulting and argumentative. She refused to remedy the situation.

I am so impressed with the spectacular cleaning job that was done by a powerhouse team of three women. Everything was done to perfection. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company and, in particular, this team.

Called after reading review online for Boca Raton cleaning service. and could not be happier with the service. They came that afternoon, before a long holiday weekend. 3 people for 2.5 hours and we had a clean home. The people were friendly and polite. I'd recommend to anyone needing a cleaning service. and they even did the windows.

I was renting an apartment in Boca for a month and needed cleaning service on short notice. They set up my appointment very quickly, came the next day, and did a great job. I love it when they send three people for one hour instead of one person for three hours. It was a great experience.
