Don't know how the service is although I Can Only Imagine. If you look at their reviews there's not a lot of good ones. I went there for a job and got treated about the same as customers that left the reviews. Going for a job have a resume twenty times larger than mine and apparently

Not impress with their aerating team First they come when my lawn was snow and ice covered. Told them not now. Week later I called to let them know it was possible to now do my lawn. They were to busy. Not only did I give up on them but so did my neighbor. We'll lhave some one else do our lawns from now on.

So we purchase a building from an individual who apparently owed these guys some money. We called to see if they wanted to start the sprinklers here and the lady who answered should not be the voice of this company. She said she is not willing to help in any way due to the previous owner owing them money, not us. a real good business tactic on her part. We have numerous location and will not be using them, or recommending them. I see by their low rating they have sucked for a while.

We had them install a sprinkling system approximately 3 years ago. We have had them come back to winterize it every year and have never had a problem. Javier has always been great to work with. They are a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

We have used the company for Christmas lights for 5-6 years. The service just gets worse. I have video on my doorbell of them vigorously pulling lights from my roof. My yard and driveway are covered with broken bulbs. They trampled my ground decorations and left them there. Didn't even try to hide the disaster. Trampled my bushes. Sadly I will not be using them in the the future. I would not recommend them for Christmas light service.

I do not do these kinds of reviews, but after my experience with this company I am. I If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked this company to come out to fix my sprinklers so that there were no dry spots. They were significantly overpriced but I wanted it done correctly, so I figured you get what you pay for and decided to go with them. MISTAKE! Javier came out and moved heads around.

It looked like things were working. But the grass was still dry after several more weeks. I asked them again to come fix the dry spots. My issue was still not resolved after the second visit. So, I asked them to return for the third time. Javier never returned. I kept receiving bills. I would call and they said that Javier would return to fix the problem.

He never did, even after many calls and being put off time after time. The problem was never resolved. Well, today, November 13, 2018 they finally called me back wanting payment. A month and a half after the water has been shut off for the season! They continue to say it was not their problem and was fixed correctly. Well, my lawn shows differently.

So after paying several hundred dollars to this company, my grass has the EXACT same problem as when I had this company come back in May. I had to use the hand sprinkler all summer to water where they "fixed" the issues. They will not stand behind their work. Their customer service is horrible, unorganized, and rude. This is not the company you want to deal with.

This company is unwilling to do what is right and make thing right with their customer. Also, know you have no idea even what day they will show up. They come "whenever they are able to."

I called in and had someone come out to give us a bid, we decided to accept the bid and have maintenance done in our yard. I've seen them all driving around all over and thought they looked like a good company. After trying to get scheduled well over 2 weeks with no phone calls or any communication we decided to cancel our bid and not have the work done.

I called into the office more than once and was given a different excuse as to why I haven't heard back from anyone with a new promise that they would have someone out to do the work or a call back and never saw anyone or received any call. The office staff lost good business. We will never be back.

Quality, reasonable company. Had a sprinkler pump installed, some sprinkler nozzles installed and everything rewired after a bad experience with another company. Very happy with everyone we have had contact with. Of mention is what a great job Havier did with all the wiring and pump install.

We've used these guys to treat our lawn for years. They've always done a great job and we always get comments on how nice our lawn looks. We strayed away one season to try out a new company. Big mistake. The next year we ran back to Ben Lomond. This year we even had them install a French drain for us and neighbor recently signed up with them because they liked our lawn. Thanks Ben Lomond.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They don't return phone calls and frequently miss the timelines for deploying lawn treatments. We had weeds even though we purchased the "guaranteed no weeds" 5 or 6 treatment plan, whatever it was. When I called about this, they said they were behind on their treatments, but they always had an excuse for their poor service.

When we moved, they said they would come to our new house as long as the yard was smaller. It is. However, they never came like they promised. We called back and they said they had no intention of coming to our new house. We paid for 5-6 treatments (I don't remember which), but only received 3. They wouldn't refund us for the treatments we paid for but did not receive. Stay away from this company unless you want to be extremely frustrated.

We have used Ben Lomond for three years now. Our grass looks great, the service is awesome. Our next door neighbor was already using them, we got the referral from them. Their lawn looked great all the time, so we tried Ben Lomond.

Had a bad experience between tenant/owner and myself. They fell quite short of both our expectations and offered very little in the way of concessions.
