Chris and Shahab are great professional staff to work with. Chris took the required time and perform a thorough and quality initial inspection. The entire project was explained by Chris and was executed under Shahab's supervision. Excellent attitude and great communication by the entire team. No surprise estimates or hidden/extra costs. The entire project went smooth, and all of my concerns have been addressed. I am very pleased with the final product and can definitely tell they are trustworthy.

Had a consultation for gutters installation with Khaled. He was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the entire process. Just from our initial meeting I received loads of information that I have not gotten during other consultations for the same line of work. Chris Walsh from Precision Roof Crafters conducted a very thorough inspection of my roof, and was the only contractor representative who went into my attic to check for leaks or other roof-related issues. He provided very useful information and the quote in a timely manner. I ultimately chose another contractor but was impressed with Chris' professionalism.

Ramsey was great! It is so refreshing to have someone come out and thoroughly explain an issue and give several options. It was also SO helpful to immediately get a video of what he was evaluating on our roof, so that I could send that to my husband in another city. We have used Precision in the past, on several properties, and will continue using them for all our roofing needs!

Great professional Staff to work with, Ramsey was exceptionally great, he inspected the roof and showed me pictures and videos of my roof and where the bullet hole was, I especially like he wore shoe covers and the preset prices, no surprise estimates or extra costs. Ramsey came and inspected if the job was done right and sent me pictures of what they did. It's refreshing to deal with a company that is good all the way around.

Precision was a class act from start to finish. The receptionist that I spoke to was nice and took time to understand my project needs. The technicians who came to inspect the roof were friendly and thorough. They took the time to explain their findings and what would be done to resolve the issues. They shared video and pictures so I could see the issues myself.
The technician who came to make the repairs was just as friendly and professional. He took his time and shared photos of the completed work. Really pleased with the service. Would recommend them and use them again.

Khaled was amazing! Very responsive, informative, professional and went above and beyond to help in every way.
