No one answers the phone. Horrible job at cutting grass. After this latest storm (Nickolas). NO ONE has come to cut my yard. It is 9/22! The storm hit 9/14. TRASH COMPANY, TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRASH LAWN CARE, TRASH MANAGEMENT! The folks on here with positive reviews must huff paint or sniff glue. CAUSE BOY THEY ARE WRONG!

These people are absolutely terrible and i swear I do not write this bad of a review ever. but seriously wow. Not only will they never answer the phone, miss scheduled cuts, and neglect paid services. If you dare to have your sprinklers on, they just cut over top of them and if they happen to hit a few they will blame you for having them on during their scheduled cut time.
They literally cut 3 of my sprinkler heads off AFTER I cancelled their service a week earlier, yea it takes a week for them to update a schedule apparently. AFTER. The crew leader lied directly to my face with the mower 2 feet away from a sprinkler shooting straight in the air. If I wasn't out there to catch it happen NO ONE would have told me. I've never dealt with a more incompetent and careless company in my entire life.
Save yourself the time, headache, and money and just find anybody else to take care of your lawn. These people seriously could care less, but they'll take your money. They are good at that.

Glenn with Total Lawn Care is awesome. We had a water leak in our yard from our sprinklers and he came to our aid without us being aware as we were at work at the time! He fixed the leak and also changed out the broken parts of the sprinkler system. He was a true blessing to us! We highly recommend him!

We had used TLC for 6 years and called them back to resume service this year in mid-February. We left 3 messages for their office to call us back to confirm they had received our messages. Two weeks later, they came and mowed our yard and billed our CC for $8 more than last year (all without returning our original phone call). When I called to question the charge, Karen did manage to return my call and proceeded to talk down to me about how "base charges" and service schedules worked.
We have cancelled our service with them. If you are looking to get set up with them to do your lawn, look for someone who wants the business. Last year, I tried to refer 4 of my neighbors to them but they didn't bother to call back any of them.

I called them for the first time and i had asked if you could service the back yard today and she responded it would be tomorrow but most likely be Saturday and i said that would be fine. Then she said since it would only be the backyard this time she said "it would not be worth our time" so i said to my self why even bother being a lawn service, WOW! I would definitely not bother or waste my time with these company ever again!

I am paying for the full package and every month I have to remind these folks to perform the services I am paying for. So far they have missed two months of the full package service. In addition, they do not pull weeds as advertised for the package. Very poor customer service by Beverly as well. Looks like I will be finding another service that is a bit more hungry and customer friendly.

Do not use this company. They are liars. We had yet to move into our house and went ahead and setup their weekly service. They charge your cc weekly. Well they went ahead and charged it and the lady said since I missed this Thursday which would be my regular day they would come Friday. Well they didn't come either day. My contractor verified that they did not come.
It was not hard to mistake since it had not been mowed in 3 months. They came the following week and the one after. So I assumed that charge would just be applied to the next week. Nope. Wrong. Still charged for each of the following weeks. She told me I should've taken pictures and her people don't lie. Rather than refund the one week and take my word for it she yelled at me and only after threatening to leave reviews regarding the truth did she even offer to refund. I won't give my money to crooks and you shouldn't either. Don't make the same mistake i did.
