This is my second time I've helped arrangement a funeral with Cypress, and both times we received exceptional service from the staff. I have to say this most recent visit with Cypress was above and beyond, the staff is very caring and was always available when we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Cypress for your loved ones final resting place.

Haven't done business with them, yet, but heard 2 stories from a friend who works there. A sales person recently sold a piece of burial ground to a client in haste. Later the client passed away and the family was ready to bury him. To their horror, the grave was not dug out yet and there was no place to lay down the coffin. There is an internal discussion that burial grounds and wall niches will increase in price. A sales person immediately said they will purchase a few pieces right now and re-sell at a higher price. To reap profit for themselves?

Uncaring, hard to follow up and takes ridiculous time to process. I tried to multiple times to contact the funeral services in regards cremation service and the dead certificate, three weeks after I loss my father. Three days and still no one responded to my call. I just want to tell them that I want my father to rest in peace instead of lying in the morgue and ease the pain of losing him.

I had such helpful and wonderful service from them in trying to locate the graves of my great Uncle who died in 1920 and was relocated there from Laurel Hill in San Francisco. I discovered that there were three additional relatives relocated along with him. Staff at Cypress Lawn was fantastic from Jasmine and Melody at the front desk to Juan, the groundskeeper who helped me when I had trouble locating the burial area. It's nice to see such a helpful attitude for this ancestry project I am doing. caring people who did everything they could to assist me. Thank you all.

Hi Craig, We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the job your crew recently did for us. Carol and Robert are great designers, and we appreciated the fact that they worked with a lot of the existing elements in our yard which we wanted to keep. Carol has an impressive knowledge of native plants and incorporated many creative ideas into the overall plan.
