Very rude and unprofessional staff. Spoke with the dispatch guy (Name Joe) and set an appointment. They never showed neither called me. I called to follow up and he said we will get to you when we can, when I asked him to give me an ETA Joe started giving attitude and said "do you want our service or not? I told you we will get there when we can".
At that point I asked him to be professional and not to give me attitude. He said "call someone else" and then hung up on me. I strongly do not recommend this company as they don't value their customers and you can even imagine how much they would care about their work quality and customer service. There are plenty of options out there with no attitude.

VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY I just read previous review from last week. My experience is identical with Joe or Joel giving excuses why they can't come out to fix a broken pump that mysteriously "died" after pool was just serviced. I made multiple calls to Joe or Joel. He was professional but when his pool guy didn't show as scheduled he apologized and assured me his guy would show up the next day after the guy got his oil changed.
Today still a no show, Joe or Joel won't answer his cell nor his work phone. Are there ANY reputable pool servicing companies in GA? These guys are unreliable. Nice but unreliable.

Whatever you do, DO NOT contract Sunbelt for pool construction. It has been the absolute worst construction/home improvement/customer service experience (of any kind) we have ever had. I'll provide just some of the issues. We signed our contract with Sunbelt in October 2017. It is Feb 2019 and we still do not have an operational pool. When we first approach Sunbelt for an estimate, they were responsive and friendly.
Once they had the first two payments, they disappeared. 1. It took until summer of 2018 for Sunbelt to get our pool ready for "pebble-tech" 2. When they installed the pebble-tech, they used two colors. As a result, 1/3 of the pool was considerably darker than the rest of the pool. Our project manager, either didn't notice or hoped we wouldn't notice.
It was completely obvious but they waited for us to bring it to them as a concern. 3. They installed tile on steps and bench. It seriously looked like a 3rd grader did the work. The tile was uneven and crooked. Again, while completely obvious, our project manager didn't correct it. We had to bring it to their attention. 4. Skimmers were not operational 5.
Auto cleaner was not operational 6. Salt water converter was not operational 7. Auto-fill was not operational 8. 4 months after initial pebble-tech install was done incorrectly, they returned to fix it and removed the poorly installed tile from steps/bench. 9. They told us we passed the electrical inspection and instructed us to lay our landscape, which we did. 10.
We learned, on our own, that we had not actually passed inspection. It failed. 11. As a result, the sod we installed had to be dug up so the inspector could return. 12. The inspection failed another 2 times! In fact, the inspector revoked our permit after his last inspection. It still hasn't passed 6 months after the first failed inspection and our yard has been dug up since September. 13.
None of the items listed above as "not operational" have been repaired 14. Sunbelt does not return emails, phone calls, or texts 15. The "manager" has been completely non-responsive. He has yet to reply to any inquiry or request. 16. They have had to rework plumbing three times. These are just some of our issues. So, after 16 months and a lot of money, we have no pool.
What we do have is a dangerous backyard and a headache. I cannot express enough how frustrating this has been. Sunbelt should be embarrassed. ***In response to Sunbelt's response. The contract is in both my name and my partners name. The contract was written for the "Arnold/Becton" residence. So, as usual, they have nothing of value to add and demonstrate a complete lack of integrity.
I have included a photo of their sign in my yard. I'm sure they'll have another ridiculous reply or excuse for taking our money and disappearing. Again, DO NOT use this company. I also forgot to include the biggest issue. We contracted for a rectangular pool. They couldn't even get that right. It's crooked by half a foot.

If you are looking to build a pool, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and don't hire this company. Back in January I hired this company to build my pool, I was promised by Dave Allen to have my permit done in two week and pool in 4 to 6 weeks, 9 weeks later and after many calls with no answers I finally got it. They started digging my pool, their plumbing crew were great and fast but after they were done the problems began.
They told me they needed to bring dirt and asked me if I was ok with that, I said sure, then they told me I needed to pay because I agreed to it, I told them no one explained to me I had to pay for it and all of them said they did. BIG LIE. After several calls I decided to pay for it and move on with my pool. Every day they would say someone is coming, but no one would show up, when we called Joel, who is the superintendent, he always had an excuse as to why he is not sending someone.
We decided to call the owner but he was never available. Then we spoke with Steve, who claimed to be Joel's manager, well, it didn't help either. After a whole week of calls he promised to send a crew on a Saturday knowing they don't work on Saturdays, and of course, no one showed up. last week they came on Monday to install the steel, I was told later that week I would have inspection on it, then next Tuesday which is today they would do concrete.
When I called Joel this morning to find out who was coming today he told me they moved me to next week with again, a stupid excuse as to why he did it. He didn't even know they did not pass inspection because no one checked on their steel work. I then called the office and was told Steve could not get to the phone, I called again and left a message with no answer.
I am extremely frustrated with this company, no one seems to care and treat you with no respect. They seem very nice in the beginning to get you sign but then your nightmare starts.

Our 60,000 gallon pool was shut down due to some of the lights not working. Sunbelt pools was able to come out the quickest and had a better price than others. When they tried to replace all 4 lights, 2 of them would not come loose due to the wires being concreted in place during the remodeling last year. Joe (Operations Manager) went above and beyond to ensure we would not have to spend 10's of thousands of dollars to destroy our new concrete pool deck.
He sent all his best technicians out the next day and they used a 2 x 4 with the light wire wrapped around it to break the wires loose under the slab. They completed the job as requested and their employees are hard working, honest, personable and most importantly, great at their job! Our facility and other properties will always call Sunbelt Pools for our pool emergencies and consultations. Thanks guys!

If you select the pool company you will be making a very, very bad decision. Our 25X50 pool took well over a year to get it to the almost finished state. There were 3, 4 and 5 week work stoppages numerous times where no one could be found or contacted. The excuses were childish, and the business could not be run any worse. I am having constant issues with equipment and operations which they blame on me, however when inviting the manufacturers rep to the site it was obvious that fittings were installed improperly creating burned out pumps, exposed rebar staining the rocks, etc.one thing after another. Most recently was a minor glitch where the auto fill simply dumped $2000 worth of water down the sewer.again my fault! Save yourself the frustration and pick someone else.
