I bought a house with a coated metal roof Aspen Roofing had installed some years prior. They come out to inpect at no charge whenever an issue arises, and are very helpful and courteous. My main issues have been with skylights, and they have replaced most of mine at reasonable cost. Karen is very responsive from the office, and Steve is patient, thorough, and communicates clearly.

We had a very steep A frame roof that needed replacement. Aspen Roofing was professional and thorough in their estimate-taking into consideration the additional challenge of the steep angles. They arrived when scheduled, completed the job efficiently and respectfully and were friendly in their communication. We will not hesitate to recommend Aspen Roofing to our friends and family, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with them again!

The owner Steve was quick to help me take over a stone coated steal Decra roof from a city licence contractor that was incompetent. For anyone looking to install Decra/metal/tile roofing with a batten system, Aspen Roofing has the experience and knowledge how to install this type of roof. Steve was quick and reliable and cannot recommend him enough in the roofing industry.

Why because he has been around the longest and knows the installation guidelines and procedures it takes to install this type of roof when it comes to following the Decra installation contractors manual. What most consumers do not understand it takes specific materials from Decra, measurements, bending of metal, placing of tiles up to eaves and valley etc etc.

What angers me is the City of Colorado Springs inspectors do not care and will pass a metal roof without question even if the metal panels are installed but do not follow Decra installation guidelines. The most important part to install a Decra roof with the batten system is during the 1st inspection after the under layment &wood battens are installed.

The owner Steve knows quality contractors that can tackle this type of roofing which I can tell you most if not all the contractors in the city of Colorado Springs cannot but say they can. Why because his company is certified by Decra and trusted to install this type of roof to maintain that 50 year warranty with Decra. Look it up on the Decra website if you do not believe it.

You will be surprised how many consumers are getting screwed by contractors who say they can install a metal roof but end up failing in the end with severe issues in the long run. Aspen Roofing also gives the customer a professional contract that will follow guidelines for State contractor and local municipality law requirements to show the customer proper insurances and deadlines to finish the project. Aspen roofing also did a wonderful job overseeing all my gutters being replaced at the same time the roof was being installed.

Do not let any contractor come to your house and say they can install a roof. Trust Aspen Roofing because they are only the last few roofing companies left that will ensure a roofing job is properly installed with a fair price and ensuring quality work is to your satisfaction. I will use Aspen Roofing again in the future because not only was the price fair they do outstanding work. Steve & Karen has gained my trust and hope we can do business again!

Everybody with Aspen Roofing that I dealt with were super people. They were very professional. Paperwork was clear and easy to understand. From on the phone with Heather and Karen in the office to the crew at the house, from single selection to install - it was great! We've been with Aspen for 24 years and just had our 2nd new roof and gutters installed after the last devastating hail event. Without a doubt our new roof and gutters are absolutely excellent. The installation process was professional and fast. The workers kept the property cleaned up everyday and when finished left the front and back areas cleaner than they found them. Our new Decra roof is stunning to look at and is technologically superior in quality and durability.

We had a rough time finding a good roofing company because a lot of companies want your insurance information and then they will give you a quote for replacing your roof. Aspen roofing DOES NOT scam you like the others! They will give you a true quote regardless of the circumstances of getting a new roof (insurance claim or not!)! Their communication is excellent and they kept us up to date every step of the way as to where we were in the process!

When we had an issue with our skylight after installation they immediately repaired it! I wish we hadn't had to mess around with any other companies before we found Aspen roofing- make them your first stop! You won't be disappointed!

Besides their A rating from BBB, I want to commend Seth Horn's services for his outstanding support throughout the process of engaging the sales to completion the roofing. Seth demonstrates well beyond his Sales Associate role. He is courteous, professional and committed to deliver excellent quality and services at all times. i.e. responded outside normal working hours, supported clean-up crew after the roofing work was completed, worked closely with my insurance adjustor to complete the supplement for timely reimbursement. I highly recommend Seth to any prospective customers.

The crew working on our house was outstanding! They were friendly and kept me informed of their schedule. They kept the area around the house as clean as is possible with such a messy job. Karen in the office kept me educated and informed about everything. I can't say enough good things about Aspen Roofing!

I would not recommend this roofing company. After changing the date multiple times, sometimes without a phone call, their roofing crew left my property an absolute mess- nails/screws all over the grass and driveway, they broke my flag pole, stole my house key I had hidden, left shingles and trash all over. The manager/owner, Steve, tried blaming part of it on trick or treaters.

Then he said the crew would come over and clean it all up- nope. No one ever showed up so I had to do it all myself. Had to install new locks, get a new flag and spend hours cleaning up. They agreed to pay for the locks and gave me $200 off for the cleanup- the only reason they get 2 stars. Not worth the aggravation and headache. With a ton of other companies in the Springs, I would run, not walk, away from this company.

Highly recommended: professional, reasonable rates, good craftsmanship, courteous. Aspen Roofing replaced the approx 30 year old shingles on my 1200 sq ft house in the Mountain Shadows area with impact rated shingles (class 4 - stands up better to hail) with a 130 MPH wind rating. They also installed a ridgeline vent and soffit vents (to help keep the house cooler in the summer) and the underlayment, etc.

They handle permitting with the building department and recycle the old asphalt shingles with Asphalt Recovery Services Inc. I'm sure there are other reputable companies in the Pikes Peak region that also do an excellent job like Aspen Roofing but I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience because of their courteousness, reasonable rates and the top-notch work they did installing the new shingles (which gives me a lot of peace of mind.)

Aspen Roofing gets 5 stars from me! Quick, courteous, honest, fair priced and great work. They put a new roof on my house and it looks perfect! They also came to do an inspection for hail damage due to the recent storms we've been having and all checked out ok! I would definitely use them again AND highly recommend them to ALL homeowners!

I heard of Aspen Roofing through a friend. So I gave them a call and set up a appointment to have my roof estimated. The person estimating my roof was a very nice guy and spent a lot of time showing me all the products available to me. After choosing Aspen Roofing, everything turned out exactly as they said it would turn out. I received a great product with a great warranty. Was kept informed from start to finish. Great roofing crew and they cleaned up 100% of trash left over from doing job.

Aspen roofing installed the roof on my Garage 9 years ago. Thought I would give them my business again. Called and made an appointment to meet an estimator at my house to give me an estimate to repair some wind damage and flashing around the sewer vent pipes.
