Perrenoud Roofing

Pre-Install Experience Steve came out to provide a gutter quote. He asked all the right questions and provided a quote promptly. The quote was fair with no "sign today" gimmicks. Their seamless gutter stock is of good quality/thickness. His suggestions for running the down spouts were an improvement on what I had planned. I'll follow-up with post-install review later.

Cold weather cause my garage door to freeze to the ground. While opening the door the cable had broke I thought. The owner was able to have someone come over and look at it and determine that the cable had just come loose. He repaired and fixed the door. Happy to have a garage door that works again. We wanted to say thank you to Nathan and his workers for working so hard on our garage.

I do NOT recommend this company. They damaged my siding while replacing my roof. The siding was CAB (asbestos). They left chunks of the asbestos material on the ground surrounding my home. They had their crew continue to work on my job even after they had disturbed the asbestos siding. I had to turn them in to Spokane Clean Air, after which time they finally took responsibility for the contamination, yet they would not take responsibility for the damage they caused.

The owner admitted to not completing the 2 city required inspections, that are part of the permit process, in an article published in the Inlander on 11/4/21. He neglected to inform his clients of this practice & now there are over 1000 unpermitted roofs, done by Perrenoud, within the Spokane city limits. Read the article before you think of hiring this guy. Dishonest, to say the least

After a windstorm, I contacted 3 roofing companies. 2 got back to me, but only Perrenoud actually followed up on communications continuously. Keven Edwards was nothing short of AMAZING in helping me negotiate with my insurance company! I am very happy with my new roof - it's gorgeous and the work crews were all fast and professional. Very disappointing service. I have a simple repair to my roof they have made at least 8 trips to fix it. They could not and at the end they charge me more money and still did not fix it. It is also my mistake not checking and get more estimate because I trust them. The took advantage of my trust. Do not use their services. Get at least 3-4 bits. These days you just cannot trust people based of faith value.

I hire a very small company they make one trip and fix the leak and I only pay them $700 compare to this company charging me several thousands more. If I can give them minus stars I will. They also talking me into new roof even though there is nothing wrong with mine. The estimate is about 35 % more than competitors. I still have my old roof that will last about 8 yrs more. I am glad I found new company to deal with. So folks do your research get at least 3 estimates. I intend to report this matter to our local BBB

All the best of everything at a fair price! Perrenoud Roofing just completed a total and complete replacement of the roof on my home. The old roofing materials were removed, and a new roof was installed, along with new vent covers and roof edging. I am just amazed at the high quality of the Perrenoud team and the professional installation, cleanup, and attention to detail that was exhibited throughout the entire process from the initial bid to the final follow up.

I did much research prior to asking for bids from several roofing contractors, and Perrenoud was recommended by several friends. Their bid was very competitive, and now that the new roof has been installed, the EXTREMELY high quality of their work and roofing materials is evident everywhere! If you want a 5 star roof installed at a fair price. GO WITH PERRENOUD!

Our roof had to be completely replaced after a wind storm and after receiving 3 quotes, we chose Perrenoud. My wife's boss used them for his own house so we trusted the recommendation, and they also somehow we're the lowest quote - with the highest being twice as much as their quote. They did an amazing job, with great customer service, and as a business did everything they should for a customer. No complaints, and the salesman Keven helped us with not only choices but with insurance every step of the way. Definitely recommend.

We had heard many great things about Perrenoud Roofing, and when we decided it was time to replace our 30 year old roof we contacted them for a quote. It came in at a very reasonable price, and we also elected to get our badly deteriorated fascia and gutters replaced. They did a gorgeous job! We were concerned about damage to our extensive shrubbery next to the house, but they were exceedingly careful.

Their crews are professional, meticulous, and did an excellent cleanup when the installation was complete. We were so pleased with Perrenoud that we also had them install a new garage door, which turned out great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perrenoud for any homeowners' roofing, gutter, fascia, or garage door needs! High quality at a very competitive price.

If I can give minus five stars I would. Very very disappointing. I ask them to repair my deck roof leak especially at the joint with the house main roof. I paid $3600 for repair with 10 yrs warranty. They were back within days for same leak. The junction continue to leak and the company made several attempts and failed. They end up made temporary repair by laying temporary tarp and that stops the leak and advised me for whole house roof replacement or spend another $3600 to stop the leak.

In the mean time I try contact another roof company to look at the situations they gave me estimate $700 to repair. They remove the tarp and spend 3 hrs and the leak has stopped ln just one trip. I feel I have been taken all these time. I think they owe me some refund for their mistake. The company had contacted me about the survey trying to clarify matters.

I was told They may refund me some money. I expect them to do that. If they don't I will consult my attorney and contact local BBB here in Spokane. Here is my advise to all of you get at least 3 estimates and never ever trust one company.

Cannot rate these guys high enough. They did a fantastic job on my home here at the "Ridge at Hangman". They stand behind their work and take care of anything you need. I was most impressed with the warranty and work crew with Perrenoud's. The crew was well-organized and cleaned up their mess each day! The work was done 2 days quicker than I expected. Clear communication from all levels. I would highly recommend Perrenoud's!

Our roof needed to be replaced and we called a bunch of companies in the Spokane area. Perrenoud's estimate for a complete roof replacement was significantly lower than the competition to the point where I called Keven, who is the estimator, just to double check if they were planning to do the same job the other companies were charging significantly more to do. In the end, we chose Perrenoud and we have no regrets. They were were punctual and professional and the value of their work is unbeatable. I highly recommend this company.

We decided it was time to get a new roof, got 3 estimates and decided to go with Perrenoud based on the 3zcellent review we had read. Keven Edwards gave me an estimate on the spot and explained the steps that would be taken to put on the new roof. They even do gutters so were able to have one replaced. Very professional and they make sure you are happy with the job. Would definitely recommend then to anyone. They did an excellent job.

Joe and entire crew did a great job on our roof, so good in fact that we are having him come back to get us an estimate for gutters. Even after the job was complete there was a follow up call and visit to make sure we were still satisfied or didn't have any further questions.

Could not have been happier with the job they did. They were the least expensive by a long shot. The workers were fast and completely cleaned up the job site afterwards. They even were able to do roofing repairs on other structures that weren't getting a new roof. Will call them first next time!

Great roofing contractor! Perrenoud roofing has done several roofs for me over the last several years. Both on my primary homes as well as several investment properties. They will always be my first choice for any of my future roofing needs. Honest and reliable!

Joe Gipson came and inspected my 14 year old roof. He did a very thorough job and told me my roof was in great shape and I had another 10 years at least before I needed replacement. There was no charge. A very honest and accommodating company. Don Crego Spokane

Was straight up told "we have too much business to drive 50 minutes out to you. It's a waste of our time. Call us when you need a roof replacement" Ok well how about hiring more employees and training them! I won't call you for anything. Nor will my friends.

Very honest company. Had a small leak in roof after I got it fixed I called around to get price quotes on new roof. I called 8 companies six of them said I needed a new roof this company and one other told me I still had approximately 5-years left on roof very good company. Because of their honesty of telling me I did not need a roof at this time I will definitely go with them when I do.

Perrenoud is excellent and very professional. They were very punctual and stayed in contact through the whole process. I was amazed how fast the roof was completed. They cleaned up every part of the old roof debris and left the surrounding area spotless. Kevin came a few days later to inspect the job just to make sure it was done properly.

States they have 3 sales men out doing bids and it would take 4-6 months just to get a quote. that's bad management if i say so myself. other roofers were able to do it 1 day - 1 week. showed true colors of weakness of management.

Rude, nails everywhere. We found them for weeks. put a foot thru our ceiling. used the wrong material for the deck roof. all around bad news.
