Heritage Roofing

We had three roofing companies bid for the job. All three were close on price, the difference was Heritage was the only company that said they would put back up our gutters included in the cost. The other two companies said we needed new gutters and would refer us to a company and it would be between $1,500-$2,000. They did an amazing job with our roof and wouldn't go with any other company.

The actual work was completed and done well. My review has to do the amount of unprofessionalism I have had to deal with a year and a half after the work was completed (July 2019). The day they finished I wrote them a check where I accidentally signed on the wrong side, the next day an employee came by and I wrote another that was corrected. Yesterday Ted found me on Facebook and messaged me holding the first incorrect check stating we had never paid them.

He also stated that he had been showing up to my address multiple times. Even after I sent him proof from my bank that the corrected check had been cleared and cashed by heritage roofing and the invoice from his company saying our balance had been paid he continued to harass me saying I never paid them. Finally I asked him to discontinue messaging me or showing up at my address and he has continued to contact me.

The entire interaction was incredible unprofessional. On top of this, the incorrect check should have been voided and shredded the same day they received the corrected check instead of floating around for a year and a half with all of my bank information on it. If you do decide to go with his company do what I did and keep excellent records of payment so they can't fool you into paying them a second time.

I was so impressed with the quick response from Ted on anything I may have needed or asked. The crew was respectful and timely. They cleaned up each day before leaving for the day. I was impressed they did a complete tear off and replacement on my roof and detached garage in just 2 days. So easy to work with. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY NEW ROOF AND GUTTERS. Definitely would recommend to absolutely anyone. Thank you Heritage Roofing & Construction!

Ted from Heritage was quick and responsive. He knows a lot about working with insurance companies and helped me understand the process since it was my first time dealing with that. Got a great new roof, workers were great and friendly, cleaned up and new roof looks awesome.

Ended up with quality roof and gutter installation. Needed a few extra calls, but response time was good. This company will do what it takes to make customer happy.

Heritage Roofing was fantastic, it only took them 2 days to do a total tear off of our roof and getting the new one on. The crew couldn't have been more polite. Clean up was great also. Thank you Ted and crew.

Ted Flynn was great! We had been very pleased with a quote we'd gotten from him, but then had to leave town for a family emergency. We actually went ahead and had Ted and his crew install our roof while we were away, and they were the right folks to entrust with the job and our home. The roof went up quickly, expertly, and beautifully, and at a good value, too. Would recommend without reservation.

I can't say enough good things about Heritage roofing. Ted and his team were always on time and very responsive to my texts and phone calls. Each time i texted Ted to ask if he could come out and do one more thing for me, his crew was there that day or the next. I deal with a lot of contractors, and it is no longer common place to get even decent customer service, let alone the outstanding service i was provided with Heritage. Heritage Roofing did an excellent job installing our roof. The workers were on time, courteous, thorough, and completed the job in a timely manner. We chose the option to have our old rain gutters removed and new ones installed. Payment was not expected until the entire job was complete. Marshall was thorough with his explanations about their product and service. He stopped by frequently to check on the progress. We highly recommend Heritage Roofing.

I bought an older home in September 2017. I knew the roof would eventually need to be replaced (the first layer of three layers was likely the original roof) but after a heavy rain in October, the repairs needed immediate attention. Marshall sent a crew out right away to address the issue. They with my choice of tarps in grey, green and black. I didn't want to repair the roof until the early summer, but didn't want to see a bright blue tarp on my roof all winter long.

Excellent customer service! The crew was speedy and thorough and everything held until I had the new roof put on in June. I opted for composite in dark grey and it looks fantastic. The crew worked efficiently and did an awesome job. My roof is complicated, with a variety of pitches and trim that required attention to detail and careful work. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

I've gotten lots of compliments from neighbors. Marshall was very responsive when I needed to reach him and helped me through a stressful time. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We gathered several bids before choosing Heritage Roofing. While they were not the lowest bid, we felt that we would be gaining something much more important than saving a few bucks: a trustworthy company that will provide us with top-notch customer service and an amazing new roof. Marshall was amazing from beginning to end. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process and always went above and beyond to make himself available (even our dog loved him!).

In this day and age rarely does a contractor meet your expectations. Heritage Roofing did that and much, much more from start to finish! After contacting Marshall Huff, he explained the process of filing an insurance claim and was here every step of the way. What a great relief to have his expertise to guide us through this entire project and only a phone call away.

The roofing crew was very professional, courteous and cleaned our yard every day before leaving. There were no hidden costs and our roof was completed ahead of schedule. We love the GAF Lifetime warranty and our new roof is the envy of the neighborhood! Thanks Heritage!

I cannot recommend a business more or have been better satisfied with my experience with Heritage Roofing and Construction! Marshall was my contact guy, he responded quickly to all of my questions. I sell real estate and the seller of a house I had listed needed some structural beams to be addressed as well as a roof. I was told it would take 4 days, they finished in two.

They stared earlier than the original date given, and the final price came in under the quoted bid in the contract. Marshall saved my client a few thousand dollars! Most contractors would not have given the money off especially after a contract was signed! Typically contractors take longer than quoted. Heritage is honest and conducts their business with ethics which is so uncommon in today's world.

I will use them on any job I have a house that needs it, will highly recommend to my colleagues, use on anything that may need to be done on my house, my family, and friends. My sincerest gratitude extended to Marshall and the wonderful people who work, run, and own Heritage!

I called Heritage Roofing due to a significant leak in my back bedroom. Within a few hours the Sales Manager Marshall Huff came out to give me a detailed estimate to fix the roof. After agreeing to a reasonable cost Heritage was able to come out the next week and replace my roof with a high quality product. I am grateful for their timeliness and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new roof!

These guys replaced our roof almost 15 years ago. It still looks great, even after all the wild windstorms the last few years.

Permit got pulled after roof was completed. They told me it would be no issue to pass as they would take pictures then pull permit and send the pictures to pass roof deck inspection, long story short, they lied, a couple weeks later they had to come out and do a spot inspection with the building inspector and pull shingles off so inspector can see ice shield and do deck inspection that way.

Good product as far as the shingles, good price for the work done but what a joke. If youre a business building codes and permit procedures need to be followed properly. Not satisfied with the company itself. But 100% happy with the roofers, they reroofed the whole house in one day.

Heritage Roofing gets the best possible review from me. We were given a detailed estimate and no advance payment was requested. The crew worked hard, expertly and efficiently, and every care was taken to not damage gardens and lawn. Clean-up was done at the end of every work day, and questions were answered politely and to our satisfaction.

These guys were amazing to work with. The crew that did the work were very polite and addressed any issue that might have come up. My roof looks amazing i would recommend heritage to anybody needing any kind of roof work done some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Heritage Roofing was a very good choice for my roof replacement. Owner came to the house to do an accurate estimate. He was very professional. Roofing materials are high quality and matches the siding beautifully. Workers were polite and worked through a very rainy day. They cleaned up all debris from tear off and new roofing leaving everything cleaned up both days that they were here.

The owner is a great guy and runs his business in a very respectable fashion. Heritage Roofing's main focus is definitely providing quality work. They do a fantastic job and genuinely care about people and their customers.
