We were referred by one of my colleagues who used them for bathroom remodeling and then to add onto her house. We hired them to repair siding and paint on our old house and shed that both needed a good bit of work. The project manager, Ryan, was responsive, professional and reliable. The team was also and they did a great job at a reasonable price, and on time! We will be hiring them again to update our whole interior. Definitely recommend getting a quote!

Perimeter replaced the siding on my house recently. Afterwards, the new sliding doors they installed were found to leak. The contractor set a time to come look at the doors, but did not show up or return any calls. When the weather changed, I turned on my AC unit and after finding it did not cool, had to have an HVAC company come out. When Perimeter was contacted about suspected nails from the siding causing the issue, they stated they would call me back within 15 minutes. After 5 hours and calls to both the contractor and office, they simply refuse to pick up or call me back. Please learn from my experience and do not use this company!

Perimeter Remodeling did wonderful job rebuilding our deck. They worked very quickly, but thoroughly. Crew made all changes and/or adjustments as we discussed and with high quality. We had Perimeter Remodeling paint our exterior and interior Fall of 2021. We had our guest bathroom ceiling scraped (nasty popcorn ceiling). I know how messy and labor intensive it is. Tried it myself and gave up. We did have some issues with a small piece of siding I noticed in January 2022. They sent a polite, professional man to replace the bad siding, paint and clean up.

He was going to wait until he got home to clean his brush. Didn't want to leave paint on my yard. Wow! That's what I call a responsible and professional company. They stand by their work and make it right! Thank you!

I recently hired Perimeter Remodeling for a complete exterior repainting of our home and they did a great job. I worked with Ryan to get the estimate and he was on time and very professional during the entire project. Great personality as well. They painter was Gustavo and he and his crew really took their time to fix the rotted trim, tape off everything with perfect lines and even did a few extra quick tasks that really enhanced the project. Perimeter Remodeling did an incredible job with painting the exterior of our home. The crews were incredibly neat, detail oriented and worked their tail off. Perimeter did a great job for us in replacing our decrepit old deck and creating wonderful, new, usable space. From top to bottom, all the people we worked with were friendly and hard-working. If we saw anything we didn't like - paint missed a spot, crooked spindle, etc - they jumped right in and got it fixed. I feel confident in Jason, Gregg, and team and will be using them again in the future for more projects.

We had used Perimeter Remodeling to paint our house a few years ago and called Chad to price removing our 25-year-old basic deck and replacing with a screen porch. He immediately responded and brought Gregg with him to discuss the scope of work. While they were here, my wife pointed out some inconsistencies from the previous paint project. Without hesitation, Chad recognized the issue and told us that he'd make things right for us.

After patiently working with us through four scope revisions, we chose Perimeter Remodeling for our 12' x 23' screen porch project. Chad, Gregg, Roger, Santos, Miguel, Rudy, Sam and the entire team were professionals throughout the entire installation process. We even had a "code compliance" item that Roger worked through with the county to ensure that we were happy while maintaining local building-code regulations.

After the 100% completion we held a punch-list walk and found a handful of things to fix. The team immediately acted and handled the items without any push-back. Our final project is gorgeous and it's all because we chose a professional company like Perimeter Remodeling to design, plan, and install our dream. You can find cheaper "contractors", but you won't find any that stand behind their work like these guys. Perimeter Remodeling has a customer for life with me.

Very disappointed. The sale rep was very persuasive because he knows what he's talking about. He started the job and finished up very quickly leaves out small important details. For 2 months, we called, emailed, texted and he promised but was never come back again to finish the job.

Don't like them. I live in a neighborhood with a sign at the entrance that says No Soliciting. Perimeter Remodeling stuck their flier unto my mailbox, not inside, but onto the exterior. A few of these fliers would be a dead giveaway for anyone driving by that someone hasn't been home for a few days and could attract the attention of crooks, hence the no soliciting sign out front.
