I've hired Neighbors Home Remodeling twice and I plan to hire them again. Bought a bit of a "fixer upper" a while back and I've slowly been updating. Wally and his team have remodeled two bathrooms for me and I've been very pleased with the results. Wally is very helpful in the design process and looks for ways to get the most out of the space. His guys do great work and cover all aspects of the job - tile, electrical, cabinets, painting, etc. - they handle it all - which is far easier than trying to do it on your own. I highly recommend Neighbors Home Remodeling.

Wally and Neighbor Home Remodeling were consummate professionals. They took a job with a lot of unknowns (how do you manage to move trusses in the attic?) and walked us through the project bit by bit, always making sure we were aware of the costs associated with our "brilliant" ideas. They listened and they recommended. They were careful with our home and with the project helped us make it better. He worked closely with our structural engineer to make sure the building was sound at a cost that understood our limitations. Plus, Wally and Rusty are just very nice guys. We highly recommend them.

This was our first reno project and we had zero experience. Mr. Lewis was always polite, professional, and most of all patient. He would make helpful suggestions that guided us through the process. He would offer thoughts with regards to today's trends but would always be receptive to our choices. We had some unusual design requests but he made everything happen. We are extremely pleased with the timeline, the quality of the work, and attention to detail. We are grateful to Mr. Lewis in every way possible.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of craftsmanship that Neighbors Home Remodeling executed during our recent kitchen renovation. Their attention to detail was superior. Sometimes the attention to detail caused the project to slow down or veer in another direction. The project did take a little longer than expected due to some unexpected things that are uncovered in a major remodel. Overall we were very pleased and recommend their services.

Neighbors Home Remodeling designed and finished our basement. The design process was better than we expected and we were able to make changes throughout the design phase. Walter Lewis provided 3D layouts of the space enabling us to easily visualize how the finished product would look. Neighbors Home Remodeling managed the framing and finishing phases of the project very professionally.
They kept us informed on a daily basis. They selected and supervised quality subcontractors who respected our home and property. The work area was cleaned daily and the workers were courteous. Neighbors Home Remodeling provided a detailed budget and schedule up-front and stayed within budget and on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
