The the magic of this new line of shingles can be seen above. On the left, you can see your normal run of the mill shingle sold in HomeDepot, Lowes and most major building suppliers; on the right, however, is a roof guaranteed not to streak over time due to algae (not jet fuel as some believe). We are excited to offer this product!

Reynolds Exteriors did a fantastic job doing my windows. Paul and his team did a wonderful job with quality as their number 1 focus. They did my next door neighbors and watching the job they did was better than any word of mouth. Dwayne personally thank your team and I would highly recommend your company to anyone that are looking for quality windows at a great value.

This company visited my house four years ago to talk to me about replacing some damaged siding or something. I'm not even sure, it's been FOUR years. I still receive a monthly phone call from this company. My answer ("I'm not interested") has never changed. I told them I'm not interested in their service. They don't care. They still call. I told them I don't live there anymore.

They don't care. They still call. I told them I don't own that house anymore. They don't care. They still call. I told them to please stop calling me. They don't care. They still call. Do you know what HAS helped? Adding them in my phone as "Dont Answer Selling You Siding" so I don't answer. I have blocked several of their numbers, and they just get a different phone to call me from.

I have received calls from 3 separate numbers for FOUR YEARS. I'm not sure how they think stalking will get them more customers. But man oh man. I'm ready to be done with them forever.

We had used Reynolds for our roof years ago and it is still in great shape. When we needed windows we shopped all over VB and then called Reynolds. The quality of their product is heads above everyone else and they came to our house. The installation was fast and they left no mess at all. I will use them again!

After stating I did Inot need my wife home for the quote and that we all work opposite schedules. they persisted to try to line both of us up. And then as if I wasn't worth the hassle He said thanks anyway. This is a common sales pitch tactic to come bully a decision prematurely. I don't tolerate this absurd practice. A company should want your business based on their performance and your needs as a customer.

Not conforming to their business model and their sales tactics. Zero stars if possible. As a customer, a very knowledgeable and competent customer, this practice is insulting. #itsourpolicy

My home was built in 2007. In the last 2 years the aluminum trim has begun peeling and continues to get worse. I contacted the builders who installed the trim and they said it is not supposed to do that. They also said it should be under warranty. I'm so frustrated. I had an estimate quoted to replace and it is $1,800 plus. I cannot afford to replace but it should have lasted longer than 8 years if not a lifetime.

The person who quoted said he had never seen aluminum trim do this before. I feel Reynolds has a poor product and based on the 2.2 review rating it appears I'm right. Sincerely a frustrated customer

I have had my Windows installed by Reynolds approx. 7yrs. ago. One window in particular has been leaking at the frame. I reported this several times. Once they came out, re calked and charged me! It still leaks. Unbelievable damage at that same window still. Insurance will have to get involved now. So ask yourself.

An annoying salesman from this company showed up at my door today and tried to pressure me into buying replacement windows, claiming that I had to order by March 1 to get the Marketing Program Discount.

An annoying salesman from this company showed up at my door today and tried to pressure me into buying replacement windows, claiming that I had to order by March 1 to get the Marketing Program Discount. He was reluctant to tell me a ballpark price per window so I could compare with price quotes from other companies. The single sheet of literature he left behind did not have the company address or phone number and had many grammar and spelling errors. I am very suspicious of this company and will not do business with them.

Hated it pretty well sums it up. They contacted me and insisted on my wife being present for the free estimate. The free estimate turned into a high pressure sales pitch just like those time share ones.

They got one star because I couldn't give them no stars. Consider this. I live in a townhouse of 1800 sq feet. These guys knock on my door and I get this two hour long presentation about warranties an how happy people are.

I was so disappointed in the look and presentation, that I called Dave back up. I got a call from Gale who wanted to do the much promised walk around (I was told we would do a walk around and inspect everything to make sure it would be to my liking) and I said I had some concerns.

My experience dealing with Reynolds Exteriors was everything I hoped for in dealing with a contractor. From the entertaining and informative sales pitch to the detailed yet easy to follow financing discussion and capped off by the highly proficient work crew, I feel as if this team was truly invested in improving my home and satisfying my wishes for timely completion, minimal intrusion into my day-to-day activities and high quality workmanship while providing an industry superior product.

My own plaudits for this company's work were backed up a few days later when my alarm system was reconnected. The technicians sent to reconnect alarms for doors and windows were very impressed with how the work crew from Reynolds Exteriors had left the alarm wires for future reconnect. They didn't have to replace any lines under the house and were able to rapidly reconnect alarm sensors again minimizing intrusion into my day. I would highly recommend dealing with Reynolds Exteriors for all your exterior home remodeling needs.

I got all 14 of my windows replaced by Reynolds. They were a little pricey but the guarantee was what sold me. Little did I know it was worthless. For several years now we have been trying to get Reynolds to correct a minor installation error. Call after call gets promise after promise but they have never shown up to fix the problem. They did show up to look at it with a promise to return and years later I am still waiting.

They sell a fine product but don't count on them for any follow-up. Over the years I have turned 3 of my nieghbors away from Reynolds and I hope they have done the same. Reynolds has forgotten the importance of "Customer Service" and I hope I can do everything possible to remind them of ignoring a valued customer.
