Nice people, crummy product. Their samples are nothing like the finished product they apply. As you can see by the comparison photos, I selected something to add warmth and richness to some countertops (the brown square on the right). But, unfortunately, ended up with something reminiscent of Silly Putty covered in pocket lint. To be fair, I used them about 7 years ago and was very pleased with the durability and appearance of the job they did, but this latest project they did for me is laughable.

I had my countertops done by Nulook 3 years ago and have since referred many of my clients and relatives to them. They all sang of their praises as well. We have always been treated with sincerety and attention. The countertops are incredibly strong and durable. You can call them and they will bring you a sample on a tile. My husband and I loved how smooth it was and my husband also akwardly tried to chip away at it to test the durability, with no avail. haha.

My 14 year old daughter has even began an interest in cooking and will cut veggies directly on the countertop without a cutting board. I was truly amazed to see that it did not scratch. I am so happy I went with this company to begin and the savings is truly worth it! My counter is a beautiful mocha with light flecks
