Well as a customer for many years with Service America their service has been great because I have not had to utilize their services much. Recently I have had issues with a dishwasher microwave and washing machine and they come to repair and scratch and break other parts of appliances.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received on any contract I have ever had. It took three months for them to obtain the parts required for my washing machine. I then had to call them on several occasions in order to determine when they were going to start fixing my washing machine.

When I signed up for a contract I was promised all kinds of things from the rep and the main one was 24 hour service for emergency and 48 hours for non emergency. Once I got the contract when I needed to have my Washer fixed I saw that they would not even let you schedule service for 8 days.

Horrible customer service. One hour to schedule a service call for a microwave. Had to wait about two weeks. Waited till after the time promised elapsed and then was on phone for another hour. I got disconnected and they never called me back.
