The experience was great. Our microwave needed more repair than expected. Additional parts was needed, the waiting time was shorter than expected. Frank was very professional and fast repairing our microwave. It was like new again. He respectfully gave good advice so appreciated. We highly recommend RR Appliance Services, Inc. and Frank. I called Frigidaire for my microwave and they referred me to RR Appliance in Broward, Fl. First the gentleman that came did not have a mask to enter into my home-I let that go. But then he stated he needed to order the part. Still no problem. So the scheduling team called to reschedule the appointment so that the part can be ordered. When my appointment date came up the Repairman called to inform me that he is the only person working in the area and will need someone to assist him in removing the microwave out so that he can repair it.
I called my husband -because again I am trying to get my microwave fixed. The repairmen spoke with my husband and suggested that he can finish all of his stops and come to us by 4:30pm. My husband works every weekday from 6 to 6 or 7. He got off early and came home to assist. The gentleman never called and when I left a message at 5 pm. I received a call from dispatch I guess and she was rude beyond measure.
She sarcastically placed me on hold and came back on the line stating " I spoke with repairman-you know the one who you said did not have on a mask". Then she proceeds to tell me what the repairman said and would not let me speak. I informed her everything she said was incorrect. She then response by saying "well I am not going to go back and forth we you, we do not make times available for clients and we are not moving any appliances you need to have someone come and remove the microwave so that we can put the part in. Worst service ever. NEVER USING and will tell anyone that ask me not to use. Definitely more than one way to skin a cat.

I wish I could give then NEGATIVE star rating. An update on a review I posted earlier re: dishwasher repair: Today was supposed to be the date RR appliances received the replacement part for our dishwasher repair. I called them and they informed me that they are not going to replace the part because if the bad review I left on Google (Our repair saga with RR has been going on for 2 months), and they are not going to refund the $100 service fee we already paid to their incompetent technicians. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY do to your repairs.
They are CON artists and I am going to contact all the companies that recommend them as a Whirlpool authorized repair service. And to the people to respond to reviews - if you would like me to edit my review, you better provide the service you promise.

I had an issue with my freezer so I called a customer service agent who gave me an appointment for the next day. I like the fact that they have the call back service instead of waiting on hold. Jesus, the technician was very courteous & professional & was able to figure out the issue immediately & fix it. I recommend their services & will definitely call them again if needed.

We noticed a leak that could only have originated from our almost 3 years old Whirlpool dishwasher a month ago. I contacted Whirlpool authorized repair service RR Appliance service immediately. They scheduled a technician to come a week later. Then they called a day before the appointment to inform me that they have to reschedule for a later date because of overbooking (isn't it what the booking system is for - to not overbook?!).
What could I do but agree. The new appt time slot was 8-12, the day before they changed it to 12-5 (zero respect for customers time). Finally long awaited technician arrived and. couldn't find any leaks! He told us to use it and if we notice another leak call them again. We paid our service fee and started using the dishwasher again. And surprise-surprise - it was leaking!
I had to call RR again. We had to wait for another appointment. A week later (again with changing a time slot) the same technician came and finally found the leak. He told us they have to order a part. Next day I called to inquire about the part and the actual repair scheduling. They told me they expect the part in a week and then they will have to schedule depending on availability.
I asked to schedule now knowing that it takes at least a week to have someone come in. They refused. well, by the time our dishwasher is going to be (hopefully) fixed we will be at least 6 weeks without it. Poor service! If you have a choice, do not use RR appliance services.

I called on 1/22/22 because my fridge went out and this was the only contact that was open on the weekend. My husband and I purchased the extended warranty. The technician came out on 1/25/22. I explained to him the fridge went out and when tried to use another outlet, it was tricking off the breaker. He was her for 10 minutes with no equipment and advised it was the compressor board and that he needed to order the part.
He gave me a card and left. I have been checking the status and there has been no communication. Finally I received a text on 2/23 that my part was on backorder for the expected shipping date of 3/1. We have been without a fridge and I have addressed my concerns and nothing was resolved. We contacted the warranty company and advised what happened, they scheduled us with another company.
The technician came out with his laptop and advised it was the control box and not the compressor board. He advised me on the ETA of ordering the parts and was able to fix our fridge on 2/28/22. I contacted RR appliance services to cancel my claim, the representative Jessica who answered the phone was unprofessional and acted like she didn't want to be there.

Jesus, from RR Appliance Services, was my technician for my warranty service repair on my brand new microwave. He could not possibly have been more pleasant or more professional! He explained what he was doing as he went through checking the factory connections behind the service panel and located the problem. fixing it shortly after. I can't recall ever having a more pleasant nor more professional experience with a technician visit and most definitely would suggest RR Appliance Services be a number you keep handy just in case!

R & R appliance repair was the repair company to do warranty work on my new refrigerator. After investigation it was determined that the noise I was hearing was just the way the refrigerator worked and nothing could be done about it. I Will be returning the refrigerator to Lowe's. Joseph with R&R appliance repair gets five stars and I would use them again as he was professional courteous on time and called me right before they came to give me a heads up. Excellent repair company on these values. PS. Do your research before purchasing a new refrigerator. Stay away from the Midea brand

My refrigerator compressor failed and a R&R technician correctly diagnosed the issue. I told the tech that the fridge is only 3.5yrs old so the compressor should still be under warranty. The tech agreed and stated that the front office will check on it and if so, the part and labor will be free. R&R called me a week later to schedule the replacement after procuring the part.
I asked if LG paid for it and they said no. I asked who at LG refused to pay for it. Two different R&R reps told me that they do not work with manufactures. My reason for this review is to state how displeased I am that R&R was going to charge me $948 to replace a compressor that was under the manufacturers warranty! When I contacted LG's customer service, they sent one of their service providers who replaced the part at no cost to me. I am glad I was aware that most manufacturers warranty compressors for at least 5yrs. I am certain R&R Appliance is aware of that fact as well.
I asked if LG paid for it and they said no. I asked who at LG refused to pay for it. Two different R&R reps told me that they do not work with manufactures. This company is an absolute nightmare. Completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I purchased a brand new Frigidaire appliance in October that has never worked properly. Finally warranty assigned me to this company. The tech came out said at least three different parts could be the issue and left without giving me any info on next steps.
Several days later I was able to confirm these three parts were on order and expected by Dec 22. Today I was told two are in and one is on back order with no estimated delivery date available. They will not research further or send the tech out to replace the two parts that are in in hopes one of them at least partially alleviates the issue. I was also told by the woman who answers the phone that there is no supervisor or anyone else at all available to talk too.
According to her there is nothing anyone can do but wait endlessly for this last part to come in one day. The fridge is freezing everything and so we are left through the holidays and with a newborn baby with no operable fridge. I have never felt so helpless with a company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. Adding that because I posted this review, this company retaliated and dropped my order completely and refused to finish the job. BEWARE!

My newly purchased refrigerator was inundated with frost along the freezer door. I called for service and they came within 2 days. Had the parts within 3 days and my freezer got repaired. Needed additional repair due to malfunction in refrigerator section. I called at 8 and they came that morning. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator/freezer. I can't speak to cost as it was covered by manufacturer warranty. However, the work was done with professionalism and courtesy. We are very pleased.

Do not EVER use these people! There is zero customer service. After months of waiting for a part, the technician came out, didn't install the part and left. When we called them back less than an hour later telling them there was water pouring into our refrigerator, they said sorry, but he's moved on. We flew in from out of town specifically for the appointment.
With plenty of day left, they could have turned him back around and gotten the problem solved. Insteady, the couldn't have cared less about the situation they left us with. They chose not to do the right thing. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They are not honest, lack integrity and care nothing about you or your problem.

When my oven malfunctioned, I searched online for a repair company that fixed Frigidaire products. I stumbled across R & R appliance service. Hesitantly I called to make a service appointment. From the first call, to the installation of the part that was needed to fix the oven, I couldn't have been more pleased. If you are looking for a company that is professional, timely and knows how to communicate, this is your place! Imagine, a company in Florida that tells you what they're going to do and then they do it just exactly as they say. Five stars, all the way around from both technicians that visited, and to the appointment customer service rep. Thank you!

I try to give a good mix of my experiences online so things are balanced. With that being said is the worst company I have dealt with thus far. They do work for Best Buy's geek squad home repair department & unfortunately they were called to service my washer. They came out and found the problem. Awesome. Took about 7-10 days to get the parts. No problem.
We watch the news we know that there will be delays. Made a follow up appointment so it would get fixed. Technician had an emergency. Again we know things happen. THIS IS THE PROBLEM. Which I hope they will learn from moving forward. They didn't make us a priority for the following business day or business week. We had to wait another full week. Then low and behold an important piece is missing when they (meaning 2 people) arrive at my home & open the box with the parts in it.
So we weren't able to get it repaired that day. Was told that they would try and rush it. We got yet another appointment date. This time a Wednesday. Wasn't happy but at least it was better than Friday. Now guess what happened on Wednesday. Yes if you guessed that it was canceled again you are correct. THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME. This might seem like a light hearted review but you are wrong.
I don't see how they are in business with this type of service. Would give a 0 if I could for all the hassle and inconvenience of moving my other appointments, work etc for this repair that never happened.

You’re repair cost was close to $500.00. I missed 4 days of work. Had to take $100.00 off my new tenants rent. And my washer is still doing the same thing I called you for. I could have bought a new one with out any hassle. We have used you in the past but never again and will not refer anyone either. Your “technician“ was rude to my wife on the phone and to me at the end when I disputed the cost.
He also got up in my face and tried to intimidate plus saying that he was going to call the police. When he called your office I asked if I could speak to the person on the line and he told me to use my own phone which was dead at the time. Your company all told cost me Around $1,200.00 And I’m right where I started.

My refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I had a warranty with Best Buy who use RR Appliance Services. Best Buy made an appointment for me for Monday. When I called RR Monday morning to check on my appointment time I was lucky to speak to June from RR because the rep from Best Buy had made a mistake with my appointment. June said she would look into it and get back with me.
My expectations were low but I was surprised when she called me back and fixed my problem. Thank you June for being so thorough and caring. The technician Jesus was also great. I will now use RR for any repair needs I have.

Used this company for my refrigerator that stopped cooling. I called the office and the lady I spoke with was very accommodating and was able to get me an appointment the next day. I received a call before the appointment time informing me the technician was in the way. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to review everything with me and provided me with the information needed to contact the manufacturer for the needed part. If you are in need of any appliance repair, RR Appliance Services is where it’s at. They will take great care of you!
