I had purchased a Groupon from this company a month ago they had a crew of three girls come out and they cleaned everything from top to bottom and made my house spotless and smells good. Definitely use your service again setting up to go maybe on a regular basis I have referred them to friends and family as well Service: Deep clean

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and needed to get my house cleaned to put on the market. I basically cleaned most of the house myself and was expecting the appliances done, vacuum and mopping. I bought a groupon just to try the service and retain them for future work but to my surprise hardly nothing was done. I spoke to the husband about what I wanted done prior to the girls showing up and none of it was done.

I even came back half hour before the time expired to bring them a tip but they had left early. I couldn't stay the full two hours being I'm pregnant and the pandemic ( which girls showed up without a mask) but when my husband called the wife ( owner) she basically told him the girls did 2 hours worth of work. That's bogus. Three girls showed up and couldn't get the minimal work done?

I'm sure the owners are going to reply to this review in a nasty way as I seen them do to other reviews instead of being professional and resolving the issue. I've tried to call myself and no response. Save your money. The girls need training or the groupon coupon is bogus.

The staff does a good job, and does not mind my extra requests. The office staff is exceptional in responding to scheduling changes. Thank you Jenny

Bobbie, Mistie, & Ashlee did an amazing job cleaning! Quick and efficient! It looks and smells so clean. They were on time and very professional! Maid Perfect was able to squeeze us in the next day in an emergency situation! Definitely recommend!

This company did a fantastic job cleaning our home. It was a move out clean because we were selling our home. They did every nook and cranny. My bathroom never sparkled so much. Our appliances looked brand new. The staff was very friendly. We had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. We will use them again in our brand new home to keep it sparkling. I purchased two hours of their service which included three ladies. We used them as a move in clean and they had no furniture to work around so it should've been done in the two hours. I paid for an extra hour for them to get everything finished and "perfect." We were getting new appliances so they didn't even have to worry about cleaning those.

After three hours of work when everything should've been PERFECT, it was anything but that. They didn't touch any of the windows or the top of the shower in the master, there were so many corners on the floor that weren't clean, base boards are still dusty, and I am completely unsatisfied. Do not use this service, even on a Groupon. They do not provide a perfectly clean result.

I purchased the Groupon deal and am so happy with the results! I first reached out to them through email and within 24 hours received both a call and an email back. I called them to schedule and was able to schedule within a week. Anna, Jayde, and Lisa did an amazing job with our home, were extremely professional, and were great with the fact that we had two dogs and I was at home with our newborn. They even called to follow up with us to see how it went. Calling today to schedule another cleaning. It made this new mom's life much easier!

I was extremely happy with the cleaning service. The 3 ladies arrived on time and were very friendly. It is a lot of money however, totally worth it especially before hosting something at your house! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Reliable, thorough, dependable and detail focused. I have used them for two years and never had a complaint. Before them I tried three other services and was never satisfied. My neighbors use them as well and are thrilled. They aren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, so in my mind a great value. If you let them know what you want, they will be sure you get it. I like my bed made a certain way and they do it every time so no complaints here. Give them a chance annd you will be gald you did.

I have used Maid Perfect for two years. The service has continued to go down hill consistently. I have called the office and shared my concern. The team of three is supposed to be at my home for two hours. The house is always clean when THEY get here and usually they are just maintaining what they did from the previous visit. The last visit was THE LAST VISIT!

They spent an hour and 10 minutes at my house. Many areas were missed and completely not cleaned at all. I did call the office but was unable to have them comeback due to my busy schedule. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that my new cleaning fee was jumping up 25.00 dollars. They are not worth it! Customer BEWARE!

BEWARE - If you ask them to do the job they are hired for, they will drop you as a client and leave you without a cleaner. Here are the facts - So, 5 months into this service. We had two incidents where I could not be home during the entire cleaning. On both of those incidents, the cleaners did NOT do a good job. On both occasions, I called and Maid Perfect offered to return and complete the job, which I declined because I couldn't fit them into my schedule.

On the second incident I asked and they honored, that I not be charged for the cleaning. This was reasonable and I felt we both had been accommodating to their mistake. For the next scheduled cleaning, they cancelled at the last minute because they had staffing problems. They offered to come out the next business day, which was a Monday. I declined due to scheduling and we agreed to skip and they would come out the next scheduled time.

They offered me a $25 discount on their next service because of the inconvenience, which I felt was fair. They then came out as scheduled last Friday, I was here the whole time and walked through the house before they left. I found one area that needed to be re-done and that was taken care of. They charged my card the discounted amount and all was good.

Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they are sorry, but they will no longer be able to clean my house to my standards. I called and spoke to Peggy, the owner to ask what was going on. Her reply was that there are too many notes in my account about how I needed my house to be cleaned and they didn't feel they could do it correctly. She said, "We just want you to be happy and we think you'll be happy with someone else." I was so frustrated, I hung up on her.

3 friendly ladies showed up on my doorstep this morning - on time - armed with cleaning products and got to work right away. They were careful and and respectful of my belongings and went about their work methodically. Thank you, Nicole, Penny and Amber! Job well done!

I purchased a Groupon for 2 hours of cleaning with this company. The girls came in a group of 3 prior to their scheduled arrival time. They started right away and were very pleasant. After the scheduled 2 hours and upon their departure, I inspected their work and I had to dust an entire room over again because of lack of attention to detail.

Clean is terrible. Still mold on the sink, kitchen. Didn't even made it to the second floor. Communicated to customer services but they found all kinds of excuses instead of making it right. They could have communicate to me and I would rather pay extra money to at least get the home Cleaned instead of having an un-cleaned home after all the time.

I purchased one of their packages off of Groupon. I am very pleased with what they did to my house and by the smell of my house. I highly recommend them, they are very accommodating. They definitely go above and beyond for you to make sure your house is sparkling! Thank you ladies for what you do.
