Steam A Way

Steam A Way did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets at both the apartment I moved out of and the home I moved into. Each time I called, the owner (Keith) answered practically after the first ring each time. There was some miscommunication on my part and Keith corrected everything without any issues. They were very reasonably priced and professional. I would use this company again and I cannot recommend them enough!

We recently bought our dream home and had Steam A Way come do the carpets upstairs, downstairs and all the rooms AND the entryway and fireplace grout. We couldn't be happier with the results! Also, even with the add-ons, we still saved $70 over Stanley Steemer! Will definitely be returning to Steam A Way for any of our future floor cleaning needs.

Showed up on a bad snow day on time! Quality of work and results exceeded my expectations. Just amazed how they were able to remove the dog odor from the carpet. Great job guys!

Keith the owner answered my call after one ring and sent me two of his finest men for service the very next day. He sent Brian and Jerod and they were on time- they vacuumed my carpets before cleaning them- they lifted couches and dug out toys from under- they left foam and plastic covers under all my furniture. I even added on a last minute couch cushion I wanted cleaned and they added it no problem.

I then wanted my terrible gross white grout cleaned- they cleaned it so it was 100% back to its white brilliance. But then also showed me hundreds of colors to then stain and seal my grout should I want another color. They gave me my time to make a choice and tried several colors on the grout so I could envision it. They even moved my rug, kitchen table and all my pantry items from the floor to ensure they got every square inch of my grout stained and colored Very professional. Very patient. Worth every single penny and won't ever use anyone again.

Keith and his entire crew are true professionals! I have called them on multiple occasions and every time i have a great experience. They are fast to arrive when i need them, friendly and very particular in the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone! Had out carpet cleaned by Keith's team they did a great job. Our carpet is about 8 years old and isn't of highest quality. But after the job was completed, it looked almost new. We'll do business with Steam A Way in the future.

Brian and Jerod were amazing! They showed up on time and were professional and friendly! Not only do we have pets of our own (a dog and cats), but we foster dogs --so, we have a lot of pet traffic on our carpet. My daughter had a flood emergency in Fort Wayne and I, in San Diego, needed good and prompt help that would be coordinated and paid for over the phone. They provided that excellent service. A 5-star rating for Keith and crew.

We purchased a parade home several years ago. Needless to say there was much traffic throughout the home. After the plastic covering was removed a black residue was left on the carpet. I called another cleaning service, and they could not get it out. I heard about Steam A Way through a friend. Keith came over and checked out my problem and told me he was pretty sure he had a solution.

Fantastic company to work with! Keith & his team cleaned my old carpet before I replaced it so I could gift it to someone who needed better carpet. They did a great job & the price was very reasonable. After putting in new carpet, one of my dogs got very sick with diarrhea & vomiting. My new carpet is very light so I thought it might be impossible to get the stains out.

Not a problem for Keith & team. They assured me they would come back at no additional charge to get the spots out. They came back twice to work on a stubborn spot and got it OUT! They were also super quick to come out when I called and explained the circumstances. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! Reasonable prices, incredible customer service and fast response times. We used to use multiple carpet cleaners at our facility until we found Keith. We would normally just pick whomever could get here the soonest out of the phone book. Now that we have found Keith, we wouldn't dream of using anyone else. He is, by far, the most professional and thorough cleaner we have ever had.

I have two dogs, and Keith does a terrific job of finding their little problems and fixing them before they turn into a permanent stain. He is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone, and I have.

We have a lot of tile in our home and the tile and grout were getting very dirty, dark, and dingy. The guys came and cleaned the tile and grout and put on the color sealer. The tile and grout look brand new again!

Thank you - the carpet looked so much better and a lot of the smell is gone. You really did a nice job; but the bad news is - one dog up-chucked in our bedroom and the old one urinated! Oh how we hate that since you were just here!

For me, I personally like to deal with locally owned companies if I can. You get that with Steam A Way. Deb had me scheduled in within 3 day's of my initial call. Keith was kind enough to give me a confirmation call the night before the actual cleaning. His two coworkers showed up on time and were respectful and courteous. They handled themselves like gentlemen and true professionals.

The price was more than reasonable and left my carpets looking fantastic. I would definately recommend Steam A Way to those who want the job done right and on time. Thanks Keith!
