Panel Replacements
Report
If panel sections of your garage door have been damaged they sag downward as the garage door lifts up, this can cause the steel flexes to become weaker, and if not addressed will eventually cause tearing and inward folding. If the panel completely gives out it will cause the door to come off of the track, that could cause damage to your property or cause an injury to you or a loved one.
Replacements
Report
If your garage door stops when it is going up, you hear a loud bang when this happens and it seems like the torsion springs that are above your door seem separated, chances are your torsion garage door spring is broken. The torsion springs are located above the garage door and they are what actually lifts the weight of the door.

Completely went back on what they quoted. Don't trust them. Liars and thieves.

What a bunch of crooks! They fixed the rollers on our door, and a little over a month later the door stopped opening. We called them to come out, and they confirmed that it was a warranty call. They agreed it would be no charge.
