Wonderful quick service. They helped me find the part to replace and came out within a few days. Greg was able to have the problem fixed within in hour time and also gave me some insight as to why the problem happened in the first place. Price was very reasonable as well. Will def be using this company again and refer them to my friends and family.

Wow they put my mind at ease! My parents garage door broke and I was incredibly worried about their safety as it was stuck ajar in the most horrible position and I thought I was going to pay big time! When I went to take my daughter to school yesterday, I discovered my door was broken and my car was stuck! I immediately called and talked to Bill, who was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Greg arrived by 2:30 to replace the springs and my door was working again by 4. Both Bill and Greg were easy to work with and understood the urgency of the situation. The price was reasonable, too. I don't usually write reviews, but the service I received today was excellent. Called because our spring broke on our garage door. Gave me a quote on fixing the spring and getting a new door which where both great prices. We opted for just fixing the spring for now, and within a few hours of calling my door is all fixed. The service tech was very friendly and on time. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing a garage door or repair.

Superb Service! Torsion Spring snapped, called Bill at Habpro and he dispatch Steven. Arrival time was within an hour. Steven assessed my issue and had me back up and running in no time. Steven also went as far as to correct issues he found from the initial Install from a company I won't mention. For Professional, Quality service, I definitely highly recommend Habpro!

We were having major issues with our garage doors--slow to open, lights blinking once opened, not opening all the way, etc.--and needed a fairly quick fix. I was recommended to Habpro by a friend and could not have been happier with our experience! They were able to come to our home quickly and install 3 new systems within a matter of hours. The technician was punctual, courteous and very detail oriented when making final adjustments. Bill, the owner, had me send pictures to him of the Details for my new door install. Bill pointed out to me that my previous installer did not install a much needed strut on either of my doors, One of which would obviously be included on the new door to be installed.
For a very nominal fee, he had the technician install the needed strut on my other door. The fact that Bill pointed this out to me showed me he was concerned of not only adding to the longevity of a door he didn't even install, but my families safety in the event of a failure, this is a rare commodity in the business world today I definitely recommend Habpro.

I recently had new garage doors installed by this company and they showed up on time, were courteous and gave my home a much needed upgrade with beautiful new Carriage style garage doors! The new garage doors are insulated, quiet and everyone who has seen them has told me how much of a wonderful added touch they have given to the beauty of my home! I think so too!
