Lori Hart and Molly Jennings went above and beyond for me and the company I work for. We failed to get our sprinklers blown out in the fall because I didn't see and return the form approving the service. It's been a cold winter with freezing temps at night. I realized it and emailed Lori late in the afternoon on Tuesday. Lori got a hold of Molly, and on Wednesday, there was a tech out here blowing the sprinklers out.

Thank you Lori and Molly for the great customer service. On top of that, we are and have been very satisfied with the service we receive from North American Lawn and Landscape.

Do not use north american, they are unprofessional, they are rude, and they do not take they work seriously. the managers there do not check up on their properties and workers drink alcohol while on the job. If u have to choose a company use any one but north american, you'll regret using this crooked company.

Service use to be really good and crew would go above and beyond contract stipulations. Now we struggle to get North American Lawn & Landscape to follow just the basics outlined in the contract. All of our bushes grew out of control (over 20 at our business) and I had to ask 4 times to get them trimmed which took them a MONTH (contract says weekly basis, hmm.).
