Will Murray and his colleague showed great professionalism, respect, and patience assisting one of my store customers with lockout services a week ago. Almost three hours beyond store closing, after frustrating attempts without success from her cell provider's auto lockout service, it was recommended by the Venice police to call Non-Stop. My wife locked her keys in the car and was having a terrible day. She didn't have her credit card and this company went to unlock her car with the understanding that I would pay by credit card from NC. No other locksmith in the area would unlock her car without a credit card on-site. When I called to pay I realized I didn't have my wallet with me. They unlocked her car anyway trusting that I would pay them which I did by Venmo app on my phone. Good people to do business with.

They came out and saved me, i just moved to Florida 2 weeks ago and i started walking on the beach 3 miles and i come back to my car attempting to turn it on and it wouldn't work. I found these guys on Yelp and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They showed up on time to replace my lock. Ray was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. The lock plate on the door jam needed quite a bit of modification to make it fit the new lock. Ray had all the tools and bits he could possibly ever need and made everything fit perfectly. I LOVE my new lock! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for sure.

Yes, the other reviewers are right: Ray at NonStop Locksmith is terrific! He is personable, arrives on time as promised, and knows his stuff. Other locksmiths I've dealt with seem to tinker around with the lock, taking extra time and trying to convince you to replace rather than repair a lock. Not Ray: he is completely honest and even used a little " hack " after he he already completed the job that would make using this particular key easier. In short, I would recommend NonStop Locksmith wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I can't say enough about Non Stop. A month ago Ray came to my mobile home and installed two new locks on our exterior doors. He wasn't pleased with the way they worked and sure enough one of the face plates came loose and I called Ray. The next he showed up at 10am as promised and made a repair that fixed the problem. He did not charge me for the callback. He said to call him if we have any more.problems. good service, good people.
