We just moved our business into a warehouse out in WVC and even though we are in an industrial area, not having an alarm or security system made me nervous. We called Dave at Tri-City and he came out to our space the next day and I told him what our needs were. He was super helpful. We got put on the books and even though it did take about 2 weeks until our install, the company and the tech who did the install were very professional and polite. Absolutely horrible business contracted with company for over 3yrs only to find out we had no protection what so ever alarm became unplugged no notification no nothing everything functioned like it was working. but it was not in when contacted i was told it was my job to monitor the system even though i was paying them to monitor it. all sense of security is gone! BEWARE OF TRICITY ALARMS THEY ARE CROOKS and the a+ better business rating is something you buy not earn called back told me to @#$@ off don't trust this company.

Overpriced for one thing but I thought it would last and wasn't sure how to install it myself. Then when I needed them to come back because it's not working properly they pretended to do a ticket order and never get back to me. Still can't get a hold of them and it's been 2 months.
