Roto-Rooter

These men showed up like used car salesmen. Tried to charge me $450 to unclog 1 drain. When I escorted them out of my house they miraculously dropped the price by $300 (which in my opinion was still over charging me) they completed the work. They did a nice job and were very polite but the price gouging and haggling was ridiculous. Will NOT be using roto rooter again.

Had to put in a good word for our technician Brandon K.He worked very hard and completed several projects for us in one day. Did a great job and we were pleased with his attitude and eye for detail. My husband admired his "work ethic ". He did have some help from his co-worker early on but he had to leave. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing, Faucet installation

A technician was able to arrive within 2 hours of my initial phone call. He was able to identify and fix the problem in an effective and professional manner. I would use this service again. Service: Drain cleaning

The entire team from the ones answering the phone, the technician making the plan to address the problem, ones who unclogged the drain to the restoration team were very professional. All were very kind and easy to work with. My problem was addressed promptly, same day. I truly appreciate all the people who worked to get my problem solved. Edit: The team of guys who did the work were Aaron, Derek, and Parrish.

They are the very best! I had an issue unrelated to the first one come up and called. Literally as the person called me back to say the team was coming, they were already knocking on my door. They fixed that issue quickly. I am so pleased with their service!

Giving 3 stars because the day I originally called they were supposed to be out that day. Dispatcher called me later saying they were on way. An hour and a half later I called them back because no one had arrived yet. They got on the phone and found out the tech had van problems but he hadnt called to let them know. They said they would have someone out next morning.

They called the next morning and said someone was on their way. He arrived a few minutes after the time they had given me so I had already picked up the phone to call thinking the same thing that happened the day before was happening again. About that time the doorbell rang. It was Norris, a technician that drove from Mesquite. He was very nice and hot to work right away. He was great and after a little while had me up and draining again. I am very happy with the service he provided and he seemed like a hard worker and very nice.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We called and had a plumber come out to look at our broken garbage disposal. Initially over the phone they said it would cost $69 for them to come look at what needed to be down. When the guy came, he said it would be a flat rate if $469 to fix it + extra for the parts which he said would be around $400. We looked up the estimated cost to replace a garbage disposal, and the high-end estimate was only $500.

We initially told him to get the part and get it fixed, but literally a minute later we found out that it was covered under our home warranty, so we tried calling him and the company to say that we didn't need it fixed by him but couldn't get in contact with him. He came back 30 minutes later with the part and we told him that we didn't need him to fix it, and all of a sudden he said the hourly rate was $369 and we would have to pay the full amount for his time.

He was extremely rude and unprofessional, burst into our house, sat himself down at our table, and starting filling out a form while not saying a word. I called corporate to tell them the situation and they said that we could just pay the initial $69, so at least they cleared that up. I would not recommend this company, and if so I would be careful of which technicians come. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Critical: Value MAJOR RIPPOFF! Kitchen sink had slow drain and you charged $450 to snake it What a ripoff! If I didn't have to catch a flight I would have did the simple job with my drain auger. I will let everyone I know your sneaky tactics.

We ran into a flange that needed completely replaced after we had already removed our old toilet. Of course being a weekend, we werent sure anyone would be able to come fix it but they came and took care of everything and installed the new toilet. They were quick and very friendly. We couldn't ask for a better experience! Would definitely recommend.

We had Brandon and Chris out today to look at a bathroom tub that had been backing up with sewage. They were very thorough and looked at all the major drains throughout the rest of the house. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs in North Canton.

Had a water heater installed. Brandon was great to work with. Went over my entire plumbing system with me and explained everything he was doing and what should be done. I had lots of questions. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality work. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who wants their plumbing done properly. I've used a few other companies that were cheaper and I got what I paid for and paid more in the long run for poor work. Very satisfied and will be using Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs!

Tate was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure our clogged main line/sewer line were cleaned out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and went to great effort to keep the area clean. I was so impressed with how conscientious and decent he was! It's hard to find honest, dedicated, friendly people these days, but he was all 3! 5 stars and have already recommended him to others. Super, super pleased!

ROTO-ROOTER did a fantastic job! Not only did Brandon fix our problems but went above and beyond and fixed a few things left behind by OTHER workmen - like hooking up our washing machine! His trainee replaced a faucet and fixed a toilet completely on her own AND put everything back! We are VERY pleased with Roto-Rooter, their people and their services and will not hesitate to call again.

Mario was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to share his valuable wisdom. He was dedicated to solving my problem and went above and beyond to do so. His intuition was on point, after clearing my line he noticed something wasn't right.that something was a broken pipe unfortunately but at least I now know why we have so many kitchen sink problems.

The RR tech Mason did an outstanding job unclogging my main sewer line. He arrived on time. He was professional and quite knowledgable about the job. I felt he was actually interested in helping me as a customer and it showed in his work. I would 100% recommend Mason and this company. Great job! A happy Canton customer.

Main drain line was clogged at 2 or 3 spots. Mario arrived on a Sunday night and I had a quote in :05 for the work. He explained what he was going to do and roughly time frame to complete it. He was on repair immediately, done in less time then quoted, double checked everything. Mario is a good representative of the company and did great work! Will definitely call again if needed.

Arrived 2 hours late. Ridiculous quote of $195. I sent him on his way.
