They closed my pool last season and I was impressed with their service. Tried to schedule for opening this season and got no response. Called three times, left messages and got no call back. Went to the store twice and the manager was on the phone both times. I asked the staff to assist me but they could not schedule an opening for me only the manager could. I asked them to have him call me when he was done as I didn't have too much time to wait but got no call back.

Don't ever buy a pool or equipment from these people. Their service is terrible. I have a pool liner they installed and it's leaking and pulling away from the wall. I've tried calling them numerous times and can't even get them to call me back.
