The service was awful and they are not on time and the mulch used killed everything in the my yard. Also charge extra for gas every month. Also when the owner came out to to check on the complaints, he had an attitude with me and also with my Mom. I do not appreciate the attitude and the excuses he gave for the complaints trying to treat us like we were stupid.

I've been using Creative Edge for a few months now. I wasn't a fan of the price at first, but my research showed all credible companies run about the same. I love my service. I can pay my bill online. The guys come and they are super fast and organized. The best part is they trim my trees and bushes all included which really made me appreciate the value more.
I rarely see the guys in person, but when I do they are so friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do. I would recommend them to anyone seeking lawn maintenance and landscaping. I feel like how my lawn looks in important to them.

I bought a new house in Lakeland in December and at that time I had a major "unloved" yard. Creative Edge came out and did the initial cleanup, including major tree pruning. The yard looked night and day after they got all the over growth and dead foliage out. Since then they have been doing my weekly lawn maintenance. The crew is really polite and professional.
They do a great job of taking care of all of my landscaping needs and leave my yard looking great. They did such a great job that I hired them to re-do my front yard landscaping and since they finished I have been receiving non-stop compliments from my neighbors, which is the true benchmark in my book!

They helped me with a last minute sod project that we desperately needed for around our pool. I got amazing sod for an incredible price. They were able to pull off what nobody else could with extremely short notice. They are very nice and accommodating to any and all of your lawn care needs and more! I utilize creative edge's services back in April and was not pleased at all. I will say David was professional but his employees that I dealt with were not to say the least. The installation process was of poor quality, they left gaps in the yard between the sod squares and after watering in the sod decided to back the trailer onto the freshly sodded lawn.
As well as destroying one of my sprinkler covers. I addressed this to David he assured me that the lawn would be filled in with sand I.e. the ruts and gaps. The ruts were barley filled with sand and the gaps remained. I truly wish I could upload pictures to assure others not to use this company for sod installation.

We hired Creative Edge after receiving three proposals for weekly landscaping when we bought our new house in a new area. David was the only person who actually visited our yard before he rendered a quote. Introduced himself as the owner of Creative Edge and walked the yard with my husband to discuss what we wanted. We hired him that day! Creative Edge came out the very next day because our lawn hadn't been moved for two weeks.
They have come every week since then. Always professional and right on time. We are very pleased with the mowing and maintenance. We are now working with them to remove and replace the tree in our front yard. I highly recommend Creative Edge.

These guys do an incredible job week in and week out. The first cut, the team leader walked around with a clipboard and asked what I wanted done- not just yard but with shrubs, weeds, Ect. Every week those things are done- it's great. Had a reappraisal on my house and texted the owner about it jokingly if the guys could make it "pretty" and sure enough they were there the next morning and took care and cleaned up areas I have never asked them to do. If you're ever needing great quality lawn care for a very reasonable price per month (no I am not talking $10-20 a cut, that won't get you quality)- reach out to these guys.
