Everything thing breaks down here, laundry machines, the money card machine where you load it has been down for over a month and no one can wash clothes in this building, call box has been broken for a week. So our packages have not been delivered because there's no one to open the door for them. It's a disaster here. I really miss our old manager and staff they used to be on everything. New management is not great.

My recommendation is -5 stars! If anybody is planning on moving to this loft DON'T! You bring an issue up to the management and they wait until things are already done hill to take action. The neberiors partying all night till 1 or 2 in the morning, constantly slamming doors. This is why my wife and kids temperley left, she's tired of the bs just as much as I am.

DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS APARTMENT! I applied back in April, and here I am over a month later and they still haven't told me if I'm approved or denied. No one will answer my emails, or phone calls. I reached out to the leasing agent almost once a week requesting a status update. After waiting over 2 weeks for an update they blamed the wait on my current management company not verifying my housing so I gave them emails, fax numbers, and more phone numbers to reach my current buildings management.
Haven't heard from them since. I've now had to scramble and sign a lease some where else because I was afraid I was about to become homeless. Insanely unprofessional, and honestly seems like it's illegal (or at least should be) to tell someone their move in date, apartment number, take their money for a security deposit and app fee, and then lead them on for a month and never let them know if they're approved or denied.
I feel like I should get my security deposit refunded? My next step is to figure out how to report them to the city (they're government subsidized housing though so not sure if the city will help) or the BBB.

They suck. Neighbors are all great except for one that plays loud music all hours of the day. GBL did nothing to remedy the situation after multiple complaints. You can also purchase parking for $55 a month in a secure garage right next to Sky on Main - two blocks away but don't expect much information: They failed to tell me the shudders that close at night can be opened by the parking pass and my brand new car was towed.
I eventually lost that car. After a severe head injury that happened in the apartment I received no help whatsoever from them. Avoid this place at any cost. I have proof that they fail to live up to their own policy in email and pictures.

This might be a nice place to live but I may never know! I was standing right outside the leasing office calling on the intercom. I could CLEARLY SEE the agent get she did not answer the phone. She WAS talking to someone that was a possible future tenant. However, a quick answer and put me on hold would have been nice. Finally, someone let me in but I couldn't see a one bedroom today since they only do tours by appointment. Not a good start.

Made an appointment to view a unit today & when I got there no one answered the phone, there was a sign on the door saying they were in training and would return at 1. The only thing the woman sitting in leasing office had to say was "I'm training today!" And walked away in a rude unprofessional manner. I waited about 15 minutes before leaving. Super disappointing and unprofessional considering I drove 30 minutes & was very excited about looking into leasing a loft there.

If I had the opportunity to give this 0 stars I would have. The walls are paper thin where you hear everyone and everything. Lots of sketchy people coming in and out so you don't know they're an actual tenant or not. If something breaks the maintenance workers will say they'll get to it as soon as they can, but never will. If you lose a key and they don't have a spare, it will probably take several months for them to get you another one.
Management only acts out of their self-interest. As long as they get paid and not too many people complain, management is okay with everything. The good thing about living here is you learn how management isn't supposed to act.

Horrible. Terrible. We moved in to a nice place on December 15th we moved into the 17th floor and our neighbor burned up her kitchen. The sprinklers destroyed our bed and furniture and so much of our clothes. They came in and started construction telling us we had to get up and leave and move out or we had to live in the appt. with dry wall being taken out, lead paint exposed, and all of our counters and sinks are being taken out.
Since we moved in just about a month ago our renters Insurance hadn't kicked in until February first. So they have refused to give us our money back when he paid months of rent in advance up to 1800$ They won't provide us a place to stay until it's repaired in mid march. They won't even cover the damages to our furniture or clothes including genuine expensive clothing and accessories. Yes they are nice and affordable but in crisis. The manager doesn't take action and people get screwed over.

Loved my artist, loft style apartments and the ladies in the office! Hated no close parking. I got four parking tickets (69.00 each) and my car towed before I submitted to paying monthly parking. I still walk 3 blocks paying monthly. Lived here a year and have nothing but good to say. A great experience!
