Super Rooter

Nice enough place, they squeezed us in on short notice twice, which we really appreciated. Thing was, we had the same problem 11 days later. Makes us not too confident its really fixed, and they charged us full rates for both trips. Also, they may have cracked the bowl the last time, we now have a seep under the toilet and what looks like an impact (wrench drop?) in the middle of the bowl.

I guess that could have been us, but neither of us remembers dropping anything into it at all, let alone something that could crack it. We aren't even sure there is anything in the bathroom heavy / dense enough to cause the impact marks left in the bottom of the bowl. They aren't super high priced, and they did a great job squeezing us in, but if they need to come every 11 days, this will add up very fast.

Guy said our problem is likely from the TP we use. He is the professional, but we have lived there 2 years, just 2 adults, and it seems like that kind of problem would have showed itself sooner? He could be 100% right, it may just be bad timing, and our 1959 house. We didn't dislike them or anything, we just weren't very happy with our experience, and today I get to go buy a new toilet. I think I will just install it myself though :-)

Dave has been coming to clean our drains for 16 years. The first time was an emergency call on Thanksgiving too. His work is excellent, and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. Services:Cleaning, Sewer repair

Usually pretty good about getting back to you, and shows up within a day or two depending on how busy he is.

Critical:Professionalism Was severely overcharged. His GPS couldn't find the place so, I was charged $210 / hour as he drove around. He was given the postal address the day before. His quote was for one person and I was charged for 2 people. Very dissatisfied. Hope know one else gets taken to the cleaners by this guy Service:Cleaning

Called him in the morning and was here within a couple hours. Was very polite and professional. Definitely thought the charge was more than reasonable. If I have any issues in the future I know who to call! Thanks again

Had super rooter come out to find a plugged line somewhere in the house. He was able to locate the plug to just outside my home and even gave me a location to start digging. It was spot on. He was very clean given the nature of the work. Friendly and good to work with. I'm definitely calling them again.

I never call anyone but Dave. He's fast, clean, knowledgable. Always gets to my jobs the day I call him (I'm sure that cant always be the case i just get lucky) and always returns my calls promptly. Top notch guy great great service. The only way I ever know he was here is that my problem is gone.

I've used Super Rooter for 13 years. Dave has always been friendly and professional. I manage various rental properties and Super Rooter is my go to guy. Dave is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and does an excellent job. I don't call anyone else, ever!

Very unfriendly, very unprofessional, and overpriced for mediocre work. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you can. I certainly won't be calling Super Rooter again.
