I have been using Anna's Maids to clean my home for years. They are thorough, professional and well priced. I am always comfortable when they come into my home when I am not there. They often leave little notes to say hello and have a great day. I am completely satisfied with their services. Anna's maids are the most professional cleaning team that I have encountered in Chicago. I never have to worry that my place was not extremely clean after a visit!

I'll start off with I'm very reasonable and an understanding person when it comes to using new services. We gave Anna's Maids 2 shots at being our routine cleaning service. The breaking point for me was they locked in a date/time to be at our home routinely. They dropped the ball and couldn't keep their end of the deal. The crew that came were very nice and courteous. They were prompt and did a decent job, hence 2 stars. If you're completely flexible and ok with schedules changing and broken commitments, they could work for you.

Anna's Maids came to my house to do a deep cleaning before a party. They came on time, were prepared, and asked me what was important to clean before they got started. My house looked and smelled very clean after they finished. I plan to use them again when I have a similar need in the future. Services: Cleaning, Deep clean, Standard cleaning

The cleaning lady was 40 minutes late and she did an awful job. I literally had to tell her to clean in particular areas that most cleaning companies would have done. I told her to wash the dishes and place them in the dishwasher and after I checked, she placed all dirty dishes inside and did NOT start the machine. I paid for a deep cleaning and I did NOT receive a basic cleaning. I absolutely would NEVER use them or refer them again! Quality was beyond poor.

I paid for a deep cleaning on March 14, 2020. I really wish I could give 0 stars. They only sent 1 worker and she did not perform a deep cleaning or a basic cleaning. She did not wash my dishes nor clean the floors to my closets. When I reported this poor excuse of a worker, the owner stated my house was in bad shape. Which I found hilarious. No children, clean 2 bed condo in a nice area and I pay for cleaning services regularly. However, this was her excuse for the disgusting job I PAID for. Save your money and time and PLEASE DO NOT USE ANNA'S MAIDS. They are awful.

I don't typically use a cleaning service, but after living in our place nearly a year and just being way to busy to get a good cleaning in I hired this service by recommendation of my apartment complex. They came as I was heading to work. I let them know that there were two cats hiding in the bedroom, feeling a little nervous leaving them home with strangers.

Let me tell you I was blown away by the job they did. I wasn't expecting the amount of detailed cleaning they did. I also didn't expect them to empty our litter genie or fully clean the cat potty area. I came home to a very clean apartment and I instantly felt relaxed. My dishes were clean, my kitchen was spotless and my floors were shiny!

They also found all the random cat toys that had been batted under furniture. My cats loved the placement of their lost toys on their cat tower. I absolutely will be using them every few months going forward. It's so worth being able to feel completely relaxed when you come home.

Terrible service! We found them on Angie's list and they had great reviews, but unfortunately ours was beyond below standards. Two young girls came for a basic house cleaning. Their work was pretty mediocre- missed a lot spots/areas on the floor that needed dusting, we asked them to focus on cleaning the kitchen but they failed to scrub the sink! Plus, they asked to borrow my vacuum (because apparently theirs was broken) but they ended up breaking mine! I wouldn't be as bothered by this if they mentioned it broke before leaving, but I went to use it the following day and noticed it. So unprofessional!

I used Anna's Maids for the 2nd time today, 3/1/18 and was extremely satisfied with their services. I had the same 2-person team that I had last time and they remembered things from last time they were here which was over a month ago. To my way of thinking, considering all the other places they clean, it was most impressive! I have already booked them for next month!

Anna's Maids cleaning service is fantastic! Very easy to communicate with, accommodating and thorough. And very careful too. They are our go-to service anytime we need just a sprucing-up or a serious deep-cleaning of our home. A+

I have them do a monthly cleaning and they have done a great job. At the end of the cleaning session, they ask you to take a look around and see if everything was satisfactory. It's been great.

DO NOT USE ANNA'S MAIDS! We contacted Anna's Maids after a less-than-perfect tenant moved out of our home in June. We asked for their "Deep Cleaning Service". They sent out 2 people that I met with personally and from the moment they walked in, appeared to be in a hurry. As we mentioned, we wanted their best service regardless of cost. They spent 3 hours at our house & this is their performance: http://imgur.com/a/WplNd I reviewed this unacceptable condition with the owner (or manager) and asked for a refund because it took as much as we paid them to make things right.

She said the most they could offer was a 60.00 dollar refund (or come back out). The house was so poorly done, I wouldn't think of having them back. I told her it cost much more than that to correct. She did not budge. So to sum it up. REALLY POOR SERVICE and they do not stand behind their work. Also, they stole many of our cleaning products and paper towels.

We hired Anna's Maids for a move in cleaning and it was average, nothing exceptional. Shortly after the cleaning, I noticed that all the cleaning products that I had left on the kitchen counter were gone. My wife called to ask about those products and she was told that the cleaning ladies DID end up using OUR products as they found them to be better than their own. Okay, first of all, when is it okay to enter someone's house and use their stuff WITHOUT their permission when you are hired to clean? Second, when is it okay to take a client's cleaning products from their house?

When I called to inquire about this, the lady said she would send me a check for the cost of those products. I threw out a rough estimate and did receive a check, but accepted it as an admission of guilt. This comes down to one word. TRUST. I cannot trust these ladies inside my house again.

I had used this service before and thought they were great.the recommendation came from my building management company; however, I am unsure about the 2nd time. The apartment was very clean; however, come to find out I was missing 2 expensive watches and my wedding band. As I am not home very much, I didn't catch this until months later, which was too late to do anything or complain.

While I can't prove it, I am sure of the situation b/c no one else has ever been to my apartment when I wasn't home. On top of that, I just moved and searched high and low.the pieces are gone. Very sad.

I mean this so sincerely: Anna's Maids is the most professional and thorough cleaning service I have ever hired. Admittedly, being a "type A" homeowner, I had never been satisfied with the numerous cleaners I've tried since moving to Chicago (they either don't mop the floors to my satisfaction, or they don't cover the baseboards as I would expect etc. etc). Anna's Maids came to my 3 bedroom condo with a team of 2 and they worked so diligently and effectively that I literally did not have one single piece of negative feedback!

My husband can attest to the fact that this is a rarity. :) anyway, A+ for Anna's Maid Services. World class customer service and I'll be patronizing their business monthly.

Anna's Maids just came for my initial cleaning and I was very happy with the results. The communication leading up to my appointment was good and the crew was right on time. They did a thorough job, and I look forward to having them come back on a regular basis.

Anna's maids helped out when I needed a last minute cleaning before a party. Two girls came and cleaned within the timeframe promised and did a very good job. Even organized the clutter in my kids shared bedroom and stacked shoes away in our foyer. Nice job everywhere and the beds are made so well, I need to know their trick. I would definitely recommend this company. It couldn't have been done any better than this.

First I never give anyone top ratings because no one is perfect. I am very pleased with Annas Maids. I have used several services in the past and AM has been the best so far. They are very accommodating if you need to change the day or time. I am also very impressed with their response when you have an issue or have a special request and they are always on time. I like the fact that they send you a text as a reminder the day before. Their rates are very reasonable and I highly recommend AM. I plan on using AM for the long term. Cee

I ordered the service through Groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. Anna who answered the phone was very rude advised me that I was out of her cleaning area which is 20 miles. I am only 7 miles from the business. When I advised it was a house she said it was too large for her cleaners to handle for 4 hours and needed to purchase another hour. I was only asking for 1 floor to be cleaned which is a small bedroom, bathroom, living room dining room and kitchen. Seems like they wanted the exposure on Groupon and did not want to deliver the services!

I got tricked by them. A complete NO NO. Please don't use their services. not worth for even a penny. the mistake I made was to call them up before purchasing the Groupon coupon. the owner of the service said that I should not buy Groupon coupon and instead pay her 100$ directly which would save me 10$. so, I hoped on saving a few bucks and said her to get my apt cleaned on 28th July. that was the biggest mistake. she first of all sent an old aged lady maybe in her 70s for the cleaning. she was not able to even walk properly leave aside cleaning. we were not able to make her understand anything as she was not knowing English.

She did a shitty job at cleaning and on the top of it, she had the audacity of asking us for tipping her. Considering her age, my friend gave her 20$ as tip amount. when I contacted the service provider for complaining about the quality of service they have provided. They were too rude and said we do our job this way only. She started telling me about what all they clean. they don't clean the walls, Fridge, and stove from inside. Anyways, luckily she said she cleaned the floor and it was here I caught her and sent her some pictures of my floor. Just for saving 20-30$ I wasted the complete amount of 150$.

I have used Anna's Cleaners for over a year. Every two weeks I have my 4000 square feet home cleaned. Two ladies have my home sparkling clean in 3 hours. The staff are friendly and work very hard. They are eager to ensure I am satisfied with their work. The cleaners are honest. You will not see any of Anna's cleaners wasting time or on a cell phone.

These ladies gives your house their full attention for the entire they are in your home. Anna's scheduler is always friendly and flexible in scheduling if there is an unexpected scheduling conflict on my part. The scheduler welcomes my feedback. I highly recommend Anna's Professional Cleaning Services.

I paid for a Move In Service. When the ladies arrived (which was on time), they were rude and didn't want me to show them around. They just wanted to get to work so I left. When I came back there was a supervisor reviewing the work. The bathrooms looked good but the windows were streaked, the cabinet shelves (which they said they would clean were clearly not done and the floor looked horrible.

I ended up spending me day cleaning everything but the bathrooms again. I understand everything won't be perfect but please point out what you couldn't do and why but don't have me pay for a service you didn't perform. Next - I called and told them so they gave me some money back - this doesn't help me solve I had no time to clean hence why I hired a service.

I mailed a check out to the the next day. A month or so later they are calling me telling me I didn't pay. I said they might want to check their records again as I did. Then I never heard from them again. I don't want to hire anyone again b/c if this is the way it is, I can do it better without the hassle. The hassle cost me more time than hiring them would have.

I had a deep clean done and there were numerous things that were either not done at all or done poorly. Online they list that floors will be hand washed, our floors were only swept. In the bathrooms, the mirrors were poorly cleaned and faucets were not even wiped.
