The plants were in great shape and well taken care of. The costs were a little high, but I'm willing to pay more for good plants. The worst part of our experience was asking someone for help finding a few plants. This woman seemed disinterested and made us feel like we were a bother. We left without buying anything because of her.

Bought tree with warranty pine crest came out and planted it noticed tree was going into shock called the store to see if someone could come and look at it all they would say you got a year warranty if it dies we will replace it. That is not what I wanted to hear. I water tree every other day for 20 minutes. The tree is not planted right was leaning over a strong breeze will blow it over barely in the ground.
I have read other reviews with same problems. One was they came out to check out tree and they only wanted to refund half the price. I don't expect any satisfaction will leave another review in future.

My first visit. Was looking for some Lantana but they did not have the single plants. On the way out, I noticed a nice selection of Hosta plants. The were 2 gallon sized and looked very healthy. They were priced lower than the big box stores for the same size. I purchased two. I will purchase more soon.

To those who answered recommmendation to landscaping companies, thank you. If Pine Crest was your recommendation or may be on your own list for consideration, rethink it. Our recent experience was horrid. There was miscommunication, plants out of stock, incorrect billing, damage to existing landscaping, and overall poor customer service. Happy to chat more if need to but the company is no longer who it was in the past.
