Very Professional, Great Experience with A+. I will definitely use them again. They came out and did a very thorough quote and explained what they could do for me and when they did the work, they did an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned up just as I expected it should be and their price was very reasonable!. Highly recommend them.

Sean Claypool is dishonest. His crew used a snowblower on my brand new deck (against my wishes) and they ended up damaging parts of the deck. I immediately contacted Sean and notified him of the damage by his crew. He never responded. After 3 weeks, he called looking for payment for the prior month's storm (which was 2 days past due) and acknowledged that payment for the storm during which his crew damaged my deck was not yet due.
I told him I had written the check but was hanging onto it until he contacted me about the damage. He told me he had been very busy and not had a chance to respond to my message. Then he proceeded to tell me that unless I pay him for the prior month, he would not make the repairs. He claimed to be reputable and always immediately takes care of any repairs that arise from his crew.
I sent him that payment that same day and as expected he never showed up nor contacted me. After two weeks I contacted him again and now he claims that he did not show up even though I had sent payment for the prior month because I now had not paid for the very last storm (the one during which his crew damaged my deck). He refused to come look at the damage his crew did (even though I sent him numerous photos) and he was very rude to me.
He sent me numerous text messages ranting and complaining about me. His claim that he would make repairs after payment is disingenuous because he had NO intention of repairing the damage he caused. He never showed up nor contacted me after payment. He is a new business and will surely learn with time that you can not treat clients like that. I think that the photos speak for themselves.
And the fact that Sean refused to even come look at the damage is indicative of bad faith. I offered to give Sean the last payment (as I had already written the check right after the storm) when he showed up to repair my deck. That is a logical and reasonable expectation. I doubt anyone else would not want their property repaired before final payment is made.
As for Sean's comments about my schedule being difficult, that is not true. I gave him my work schedule at the onset of our agreement and my schedule was generally the same every day. I do have roommates and can not control their schedules. I merely asked Sean to text me in advance to let me know their approximate ETA so I could in turn contact my tenants and ask them to move their vehicles in a timely manner. Sean agreed to this gameplan before the season began so this was not an unexpected request.
And as for how this was handled, I was only sent a text notifying me of their approximate ETA on one occasion. All the other storms, I contacted Sean and asked for an approximate time so I could make sure the driveway was readily available for his crew.

Prompt - Courteous - Professional After calling and emailing quite a few landscapers to take care of our property, only to have them never show up or fail to give us quotes in a timely manner, it was refreshing to meet Sean from A+. Sean showed up on time, took the time to listen to our needs and followed up without prompting. Sean's team did their work as promised and were very detail oriented. Prompt, courteous and professional sums it up.
