Thompson Landscaping and irrigation was our go to company for years but as of today we will no longer be using them. I've had problems with my sprinklers for three weeks now. I've left three messages over a three week span explaining the issue we are having and have yet to receive a call back. On my last call, I asked them if they could just give me a courtesy call Back.

I politely asked them to return my call and let us know, if for some reason they can no longer service us or if they're simply too busy. I own a business myself, and I can't imagine being this unprofessional and disrespectful.

My wife and I recently had a patio installed in our backyard by, Thompson Landscaping of Haverhill, Ma. The patio was to compliment the upper and lower decks we have in the back of the house. This was a project that most folks do once in their life time. Before starting the project my wife and I spent a good eight months debating the idea.
