I get your specialty is lawn care and not driving, but please do better. When your employees drive in a dangerous and unlawful manner, you put others at risk. Crossing solid lines to forcefully merge into traffic, changing lanes in the middle of an intersection, and not looking before changing lanes to name a few. When you drive a company vehicle, you are representing the company. This looks very bad on the company.

Almighty Lawn was hired as a service provider for our Homeowners Association. Their high powered lawn mowers caused damage to one of my fence panels. I reached out to the HOA, who reached out to Jeffrey Dodson, about the damage. Jeffrey reviewed the damage and said he would replace the panel. A month went by, and I inquired of the status of the replacement.
I was told to be patient, that it was low priority because my fence was still functioning. True, but I stated that I didn't want this to just get pushed under the rug and forgotten about. That is exactly what happened. I reached out again at the end of the summer and didn't get a response from Jeffrey. My HOA contact rotated off the board so I didn't have him anymore to help me.
I reached out again about 8 months later and was told that my fence panel was no longer being manufactured. Jeffrey then started to say that I couldn't prove that they caused the damage because there was another area of my fence that was damaged. I reminded him that I wasn't asking him to replace any panel except the one I originally told them about.
The damage to my fence elsewhere was caused by our kiddo playing sports and in a completely separate area than where his mowers caused the damage. He agreed to pay for the panel again but didn't know what he was supposed to do since the panel was no longer available. I told them I'd find an alternative panel myself - which I did. I quoted both the fence panel and labor charges (I didn't trust that Almighty would actually complete the job).
I sent to Jeffrey, who was upset at the amount for labor charges and then offered to pay me half that. I said fine, because I just wanted to be done with him. He said he'd call me when he got back from vacation. That time came and went. I followed up twice with no response. Two years later, my fence is still damaged and really, not worth going to small claims court over.
I don't recommend Almighty. My experience with them - they did not do what they said they would do. Update: following the post of this review, I finally heard back from Almighty who stated that they have sent a check for half the cost of repairs. I have received the check.
