Great people to do business with. I like the direction the company is moving towards.

Wouldn't recommend it. Drove 3 hours for interview and never called back after interview.

Hermes is very family oriented. Whenever I need to deal with family issues, the bosses have been understanding with adjusting my schedule to allow me to be there for my family. From the Big Boss to the lowest field laborer, everyone is nice and genuinely happy to see each other. I have brought several concerns to my supervisor and my concern is taken seriously and they work with me to find a solution.

They delay constantly. Granted our builder is their customer, so that could be some of the timing issue. Once they do show up, it is completely dependent on which crew you get. The crew that completed our drain did a great job. However, it turns out that our sprinkler system was leaking from the beginning. Also, lines were laid across property lines, discovered when we put in a fence.

After 2 months of extremely high water bills, and documenting a visible leak, they investigated. A month later, they admitted a line was punctured and actually repaired the issue. It's exhausting to be their customers. The quality manager tries but to no avail. They have serious communication issues. They don't listen to us, who have owned homes before with sprinkler systems. What do we know? It's normal to have water leaking downhill past 2 lots right? It's normal to grow mold by your mailbox? I don't understand how they stay in business.

Hermes did a fantastic landscape job and did so w/the kindest workers. Not only are they efficient but they still kept cleanliness in high regard. This is my second project w/Hermes and will not be my last. Cheers.

The mowers used a walk behind mower in the tight areas in the backyard and did an excellent job. I really appreciate this! I think we have finally found a company that cares about doing a good job for their customers.

We had a big job to update our sprinkler system on an established well manicured yard. We needed more stations to make our enjoyment of our landscaping final. After calling several sprinkler companies and receiving no call backs I called Hermes.

Your salesman and account representative have been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The foreman and his staff do a great job every time they are here working.

Hermes won the bid to install a community garden in our neighborhood based on the design conceived by Keith Runyan on their design staff. Despite being rained out a couple times the garden finally did get into the ground and looks great.

Your account manager has been very helpful and easy to work with. He takes care of things promptly.

My husband and I got several estimates for a patio installation with landscaping. The estimates were all in the same price range. However, Chris, the Landscape Designer listened to our rambling ideas and managed to come up organized visuals that brought our patio to life.

Hermes delivered and planted 9 trees for the Greystone Estates Subdivision. Work was performed as promised; on-time, at budget and in a quality manner. Keith was my salesperson and he was great to work with: honest, responsive and knowledgeable.

The designer was very professional and went into great detail about the irrigation system and explained the design drawing he created. The installers worked very hard and put in the system according to the design.
