Tyler and Spencer are the absolute best! Great guys with a lot of integrity and skill. My husband says they are "the bomb, " and tonight I would have to say Spencer was our hero. : When you call into the office you are greeted by Sandy who is always so sweet and helpful. Just an all around great experience from start to finish every single time.

It was Saturday afternoon when we discovered that the heat was not working in our Church facility. Well, Sunday morning would be unbearably cold for our members, if we did not get a company to fix our heating system right away. We were in a serious predicament. I called several companies and, one after another they either were not available or declined to assist us at such short notice.

I called 1st Response and was extremely delighted to hear Tyler say that he would come within the hour! Thank you Jesus! Tyler and his associates were pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough with their diagnosis and clearly competent in their work. We have three air conditioning units with their respective condensers. They had everything up and running again within one hour!

They also neatly vacuumed up all the ceiling debris and insulation strewn from the air vents. Some additional work was required and Tyler was back early Monday morning to complete the job and all for a great price. They were very good to me during the freeze explaining how to use emergency heat on my heat pump. I called twice and both times they were respectful and knowledgeable. I had them come out for spring check on my new system and Spencer took time to show me a few things on the unit. I highly recommend 1st Response AC & Heating.

These guys are honest, friendly, responsive, and they deliver what they promise. They replaced our AC several years ago and we couldn't be happier with the results. They also maintain our system, and as a result we have had zero issues. We're customers for life, and I highly recommend them for any AC/heating needs.

What a great company! Had spencer out here twice.once to service my A/C and once for my heating.took time to explain everything.great pricing.would highly recommend them.

This company came to our rescue. When we called because our heater wouldn't start up on the first real cold we had this year. We have a newborn so our only focus was on her and keeping her warm. These guys came out and had an idea of what was wrong. They fixed something and 5 days later we had no heat again. We called them up and they came backbout, no charge and went to work trying to identify the problem.

Once they did it was going to cost me another $200 for this part plus another 180 for another part. but Tyler understood our situation and did all he could to take care of us. We were 100% satisfied with their work and professionalism. We will be calling them again for any other work we have.

Tyler and Spencer have both been out to our home to investigate our AC issues with our 27 year old unit. We fought with multiple other companies who offered poor service and high prices, all while dealing with no air in the heat of the summer. We choose 1st Response to replace both our outside and inside units. They had us back up and running with air within a day, and did a phenomenal job.

Their prices were more competitive than all the other full replacement estimates we received, and their attention to detail and care for the cleanliness of our home was top notch. They have continued to offer great service throughout the past year servicing our new unit and calling us to remind of us of our service appointments. Had them come out to bid on a full replace job, they were the most thorough & explained what they found & what our options were. Price was fair & lower than others. Loved that they could offer some interest-free financing too, since it was such a big job. Tyler & his colleague (so sorry I can't remember his name, maybe Stephen?) were very professional & got everything done in one day.

It was raining & they laid down cloth to keep our floors clean & picked up any mess afterwards. House cooled down fast, even the upstairs which was always a bit warm before. Came out a few days later when we had a minor noise issue, they fixed it fast & for free. They're honest guys who know what they're doing without taking advantage of you & we'll definitely be using them from now on!

Very Professional and thorough. We had them install a new complete system in our house. Very happy with the finished product, and the installation process. They did exactly what they said they would do, kept us informed during the process, they laid down floor protection through the house, and cleaned up when they were finished! Great job and would highly recommend 1st Response A/C to anyone!

Awesome service! My a/c went out and they came a couple of hours after I called. Tyler was really nice and I feel that I paid a fair price for my repair.
