Soon as I put my request in they called me that same day to set up in appointment. They got me on the schedule for the next day. Luis did a great job when he came to change my locks. He was there in the time frame they told me. We found out my key didn't work in my laundry room so he changed the keys there no problem and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future. Great customer service and Luis did an amazing job.

Needed home locks rekeyed. My technician called me 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was very courteous and explained what I needed and got to work right away. Job was very successful. My locks work so much better and I feel much more safe knowing no one has a key. Thank you for an excellent job. Highly recommend.

We used ARCOLock & Security referred to us as part of our Home Warranty plan. Brant was exceptional! He was very prompt, personable & very knowledgeable! Performed our rekey in short amount of time then did an incredible job opening a hall closet door that had been inadvertently locked from the movers of previous owner. Highly recommend this company & Brant was quite exceptional!

ARCO came out and re-keyed our whole house. Brent was our assigned Locksmith. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get our keypad for our front door to have the same key to match the rest of the house when another locksmith we called said that was not possible since it was a different brand.
