I went to Archadeck when I decided to remove my deck and design a most usable outdoor space. From start to finish, Mark and the team helped my vision become a reality and created a sunroom and patio. I appreciated the constant updates on the project, especially over the holidays and during material supply issues. I am thrilled with the end product!

My overall experience with Archadeck was great and the work performed was completed in a timely matter. All personnel was courteous and did a skillful job in there specific areas. Took down and built a new deck for me this past summer. The experience was fantastic. From meeting with the sales person at my home, to meeting in their show room, to scheduling and project management. The workmanship was excellent communication was terrific. I would highly recommend them and would specifically call out Mandy and Chris as they kept me informed through the process.

In the fall of 2021 I chose Archadeck to construct a pergola because of their reputation for quality and design. During and after construction, they lived up to their reputation. Their supervisors, construction teams, sales personnel, and office support personnel were amazing. All were attentive to detail, worked according to the schedule, workmanship was excellent, and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely select Archadeck again for any future projects.

Archadeck added onto my existing patio and built a beautiful fire pit as well as a gorgeous pergola! I am so pleased with how everything turned out. We had Archadeck install a pergola, stone fire pit and a rather large area of pavers. The overall project turned out beautiful and we are here happy with it. I dinged them a star because I pretty much had to project manage it myself. Our PM never showed up or called unless I called and asked him to look at something and I also had to call the city and county to verify if permits were needed or not because they were confused (very time consuming). Luckily I work from home so I could do that, but shouldn't have had to. I will say that the subs that actually did the work were awesome and very accommodating. I'd give them 5 stars!

We hired Archadeck of Charlotte to build a replacement porch for our house, which came out great! They built a 3-season sun room which looks amazing and they did a professional and quality job. Huge improvement over what we had and it looks like it was always part of the house. I would definitely recommend them!
