Let me tell you when I say that this company changed my life I really mean they did! And the manager Mike is an angel. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. Mike all 5 stars I put on this review belong to you and I'd gladly give you more If made possible! You not only did what you promised but you make me feel like I wasn't a failure or a walking emotional disaster! Thank you for giving me my home back and for being a true genuine person! We thank you more than you know! You deserve all good things that come your way!

Critical: Professionalism I called the number from Google businesses and someone unprofessionally answered the phone to where I had to ask if it was the right number. He huffed and puffed and then told me I got the wrong number after asking what city I was in. "Yeah, you got the company, try again". Customer service is dead

That young dark skinned man need to lose that attitude when talking to customers for his own safety and for the sake of the business.and when He answers the phone he shouldn't ask the customer how to do a job snobbily that the business is supposed to know how to do.thanks for coming out but it was not a friendly experience especially when I'm the one giving the money Away.if you're gonna have someone on the front line of any business please make sure they have customer service etiquette not showing up half high or intoxicated on whatever thanks

This is absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with. Their roach treatment was absolutely ineffective with even the over the counter raid treatment showing better results. Their staff are extremely rude and become defensive, hostile and blame the customer when poor responses are reported. I believe most of the good reviews are the owner, employees so friends and family as I have already spotted the owner giving himself 5 star reviews! User beware!

I used this company back in September. An old man came out to my property, and fumgiated it. He charged me $150, I wish I would have never used this company. The guy came into my house with his exterminators tank and broke my front door glass. I had an infestation that was never properly handled. The old man told me that "he would come back free of charge but never did".

He also told me they usually charge for coming back out a second time, after he fumgiated. I would not reccomend this company at all. I had to call Orkit out to get rid of the bugs. I am WARNING you please dont waste your money on this company. Those reviews are most definitly arent correct. I wish bad Karma on that old man. I dont like liars and people who take new property owners money. If I could give it a 0 review I would. The people with the good reviews must be family or friends.

What an AWESOME company. The detail that Mr. Brown and Jesse put into the consultation and the service was extraordinary. I was very pleased with the work. I look forward to using his services in the future for other exterminator services. I highly recommend AMEN Pest Control.

I have been using Amen Pest Control for the last 2 years. I just had them service my new house today, and as always, I'm very happy with the service. Ken came out today with late notice to take care of a spider problem for me. He explains everything he's doing, and also gives a lot of information about the insects. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY SERVICE AND RESULTS, WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK.
