Landscape Charlie is owned and operated by Minnetonka native, Charlie Kraemer. Charlie has lived in the Minnetonka area his entire life and is now raising two sons and a daughter there with his wife, Colette. Charlie started out in the industry in 1995 with a local family-owned tree service company, where he learned the craft and developed a passion for landscape design and creation.
In 2003, Charlie launched and ran a landscape division for that tree service and then, in 2009, broke out on his own to start Landscape Charlie Inc. (while still maintaining a positive relationship with the tree service).

The movement of water has such a calming and relaxing effect. Why wouldn't you want to have some form of it in your space? The most common type of water features that we install at Landscape Charlie is a pondless waterfall. There is great design flexibility for this feature, including the quantity of the water flow, the length of the stream, and the material style.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Charlie came up with a great idea that was exactly what we needed for the space. His team was friendly, respectful, and worked hard through all kinds of weather. There was great communication through the whole project. We would definitely use them again!
