Dean came up with a design for our back yard patio and executed the plan perfectly. The site guys took the time to carefully save some of the bushes we wanted to keep. The guys were on site every day from the beginning of the project all the way through. Dean had great design ideas for us that we hadn't thought of. The patio is beautiful.

Dean Bjorkstrand created a comprehensive design to update our aging landscape and addressed all of our concerns unique to our property. This was a big job as we sit on 4.5 acres and have issues with erosion, water intrusion and mature trees where it is impossible to grow grass. He offered attractive solutions in his design for all of these concerns.

He listened to many voices and made adjustments and/or offered possible alternatives to satisfy those voices. His crew was very respectful of our property, highly-skilled and extremely hard-working. They gave us a wonderful new stone patio, seating wall, terraced gardens and attractive landscape lighting. Our project has been divided into several phases with Phase 1 now complete.

Dean and his crew were great. Dean was great to work with on design. Great ideas and responsive to feedback. Work started in the early side of the timing expectation he established. Once it started, his crew was punctual, courteous, professional, and quick. We are delighted with our newly transformed back yard.

Dean helped us design a backyard that was beyond what we could imagine. He had great ideas for incorporating our wishes and had great suggestion for what types of plants to install, products for decking, and patio stones. He was very prompt with communication and finished the project far ahead of schedule. He made the project so easy for us and we are so excited to use our new outdoor space. He even had designs that we may add on in future years.

Over the last several years I have had landscaping and hardscaping work done by Dean's company. I helped out two of my sons when they moved into their homes by gifting them their landscaping when they first moved in. All three of the jobs were completed on time, and the work was outstanding. Dean's designs are well thought out and have been perfect for the homes.

I had a drainage issue in the area under my deck. Dean provided a great design to landscape the area via a natural stone retaining wall and a dry creek bed. It looks great, eliminated the drainage issue and will be very functional. I looked at different landscapers and Dean had the best design and was very responsive. The crew quickly built the landscaping solution and demonstrated a high skill level in doing so. I recommend them, they were excellent.

I hired Dean and his crew for a backyard landscaping project (patio, sidewalk, new garden beds), and I'm very pleased with the result! The crew was very careful and meticulous, but also worked quickly. I had a particular vision in mind (part mid-century, part Japanese garden), and Dean made some great design recommendations to achieve that vision. I can't wait to do some planting in the new garden beds in the spring!

How often do you get to say that you love a service year after year? 4 Years ago we said the following - and it is still very much true today. We have used Dean to clean our gutters in our 1920's four square for a number of years.

We have used Bjorkstrand for several years for gutter cleaning. They do an excellent job and provide amazing customer service. This year, they forgot to do the gutters on our garage. I emailed Dean to let him know and he sent someone out THAT DAY to take care of it.
