I don't give reviews lightly, a business has to be exceptional and ethical to allow me to take the time to write about a great experience. My Mom, who is now in heaven, called me to ask my assistance in getting the roof on her home replaced. Without hesitation, I reached out to Legend Roofing. I have known and worked with the owner for years. I knew firsthand that I made the right choice. David treated my Mom as he would his own.

The project was professionally done and completed on time. Legend Roofing was also her liaison with the insurance company. I will not give Legend Roofing a 10 out of 10. I give them a 15! Call them today, you won't regret it.

Absolutely loved the service Legend Roofing provided for me in such a short notice. At an extremely reasonable price! Brandy, who answered my call was such a pleasant person to speak with and I was not brushed off or hung up on like all the other roofing places I've called. I recently bought my first home and needed a new roof and the skylights replaced. I got quotes from several companies and scheduled time to meet each person. Right off the bat, David stood out - he connects with you as a person and really gets to know you. He explains the process, the construction of the roof, the different shingle types and brands.

He's the owner of Legend Roofing and he himself got up on my roof and up into my attic to take a look at everything before preparing the quote. The next day he dropped off samples of the roof for me to look at. He didn't have the cheapest quote but between his personality, his reassurances, and his high level of communication, I knew he was the right choice for me.

I knew that if I was going to invest a lot of money into a big feature of my new home that had to last 30 years, I wanted quality and someone who would work closely with me. The installation went quick - the roofers started at 7am and worked hard until about 4pm. I didn't see any loose nails on the ground - and believe me I checked. I used to work in architecture so I'm a pretty big stickler for details.

When I did my walkthrough, I had a few areas I wanted redone and David had them out there the next day fixing it up. I was also a bit nervous about the skylights being watertight so David brought his own hose from home and they ran water over it until we were confident it was sealed. David made sure they got everything to my liking before sending me the final invoice. Honestly I could go on and on about all the other things David did to make sure the process went smoothly. If you're looking for a new roof, do not hesitate to use Legend Roofing. David goes above and beyond and I highly recommend him and his company!

Great company! Mr. Smith and his staff exhibited excellent professionalism, accompanied with the highest level of professionalism. They were quick to respond and assess my roofing needs. Their response time from quote to repair was most appreciated. 6k sq ft roof completed in less then 4 days. There have been no leaks nor needs for call back. Great cleanup. They are forever my go to company for roofing needs.

Legend Roofing Corporation are the best. Back in 2013 they came out and only repaired what was needed. They didn't use untrue sales tactics to try and get me to pay for services I didn't need. However in the autumn of 2017 we had high winds and rain from a hurricane that came from the Gulf and they did and inspection and recommended that we contact my insurance company to see about having a new roof installed.

The insurance company agreed in December of 2017 and Legend Roofing Corporation installed a brand new 30 year roof in January of 2018 when it was convenient for me and my family. I initially accepted my neighbor's recommendation by choosing David & Legend Roofing. In addition to general needs my roof had a leak. The tricky part was that my roof was made of two different materials. David & Legend Roofing has several capable agents in all aspects of his business. I was spoiled by David's initial attention but later learned that Legend has multiple capable professionals.

Their work was timely and organized, and the workers were courteous. Legend does great communicating schedule, obligations. Legend met and exceeded my expectations and I happily refer them to anyone.

After meeting with several roofing companies, I was so thankful I came across Legend Roofing. They gave me everything I requested and delivered on all levels - professional, kind, prompt, etc. I was afraid of even dealing with another roofer, because I had a terrible experience on a faulty repair job from a local Mcdonough company. Legend put me at ease and promised to deliver and they did a fantastic job on my roof replacement.

I received so many compliments. No company is perfect, but prior to Legend Roofing I have experienced enough shadiness from other contractors and other "Established" Roofers who spent less then 5 minutes on my Roof, barely formulated a sentence with me, then handed me an estimate practically equal to a new addition. I was not concerned if Legend spoke to anyone on my behalf, as I needed a new Roof regardless, and was very thankful they were knowledgeable enough to get the job done.

The previous owner to my home had the Roof done and it was so horribly done by another local company, and again, the repairs of other roofers didn't fair any better. I am so thankful for Legend Roofing I can now sleep and not worry about my roof. I have reported an issue with my roof 3 times. Once on May 25 to the person over the crews, second on June 10 and third on July 16. My gutters are damaged by Legend Roofing. I provided the pictures of the lady who damaged my gutters. The roof is up by the gutters. I thought that this issue could be resolved, but since no one has contacted me about resolving the issue, I am going to report this to my insurance company and let them resolve the issue.

Best customer service in Atlanta area! David, the owner, answered my call immediately and showed up with a team to assess weather-related damage to my roof the same day. They gave me the most competitive quote out of the 3 providers who got back to me and completed the work professionally and without any delays. Throughout the process, David and his awesome office manager kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was their top priority!

Do you need your roof repaired, replaced, tuned-up, or inspected, for a REASONABLE COST, call Legend Roofing. During the downpour of a few weeks ago, I discovered I had a leak in my roof. The leak was so bad, rainwater was dripping through the air vent in my room. Within one day of contacting Legend Roofing, David Smith and crew were at my house to inspect the damage.

After they climbed and walked the roof, we had a conversation about the issue and discussed recommendations to maintain the overall health of my roof. To my surprise, they were able to complete all of the work, that same day! The work was done swiftly and efficiently. I recommend Legend Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Update: The issue was resolved favorably. Their office staff should play a more active role with customers as I believe this matter would have been rectified sooner and handled more gracefully had Ms. Greer gotten involved earlier in my experience. This company only gets one star because you can't write a review with zero stars. Frustrated, disappointed, and disgusted are the words that come to mind when I think of Legend Roofing.

I have known the owner for years and always try to support other small businesses so when I noticed a leak in my living room, I called David. After much back and forth, I finally got him and his worker to come look at it and (I thought!) fix it. His workman also noticed that some of my chimney had rotted out due to the leak. In the process of investigating, he pulled down the sideboards which were providing what little shelter there may be left from the rain.

We scheduled a time for him to get the needed supplies and come back to fix it. He never showed. I called David no fewer than 5 times to get his guy back out and every time he either didn't respond or promised the guy would come at a specific day and time and then he didn't show. I ended up having to pay another contractor to fix what David's guy made worse.

Even still, since he blamed that on his flaky contractor, I never considered that he would do less than quality work - especially for someone he knows - so when it started raining in my fireplace every time it rained, I called David again to ask if they could come back out to look at the work they originally did since this wasn't a problem I had before his guy went up there.

I have called and texted repeatedly, and even threatened this review, and the only response I got was more empty promises and an admitted "I know I suck." If he knows he sucks, y'all should too. I wish I could attach pictures and text messages to this review but, in short, PLEASE do not let Legend Roofing take you for the ride I've been on. I'd write more but I have to mop up water now.

David was the consummate professional! He responded promptly and thoroughly explained everything before beginning. Great service and excellent repairs!

Dont trust this hole in the wall company. Hes a black own company that get mexicans to do the work. Hes a fast talker and also he did some work for me and my roof still leaking. You are warned. This is not a good company to call when you have roofing problems.

I called Legend Roofing as well as two other companies on December 23rd, not expecting to have anyone show up until after the holidays. Legend Roofing came out on Christmas eve and handled the repair of two problem areas of leaking. They were fast and affordable, I would and do highly recommend Legend Roofing

I was referred to this company by a previous customer and was told that their service was great, and after the initial call, I agreed. What ensued thereafter was well below great service or business practice. I was told that someone would be at my house the following day to give me some ideas on what was causing the leak and what needed to be done. Great.

I waited, no call. I did however get an unannounced visitor at my door with no identifying markers (sign on the truck, card, shirt, hat, etc.) that said anything about Legend. I explained what the issue, let the gentleman look at it from the inside and then left them for about 5 minutes to assess the situation from the roof. I then went outside to see if I could determine what they were doing.

All was seemingly well, so I went back inside for 5 minutes. When I went bak outside, the men and the truck were gone with no notice. They did leave their ladder, which I guess is an industry staple for "we shall return." I immediately called Mr. Francis to get an idea as to what was happening, but got the voicemail. An hour later I called again and got the voicemail. 30 minutes later, I got the voicemail for a 3rd time. Finally, the guys return.

I asked the foreman to come down so we could chat. At that point, I was informed that they had repaired the leak, replaced the boot, replaced a few shingles and were caulking. All of which was great, the problem is I did not authorize to have any of this done. These guys took it upon themselves to do this work without my consent. When I spoke with the owner, he assured me that he would deal with the issue, which is very little comfort to me, especially since this is all said and done.

I paid an exorbitant amount for a small job. Trust me, if I have to have anything else done to this roof on this house, Legend will be the absolute last on my list! I'll get up there myself and repair it before I give them another red cent of my hard earned money!

July 2013. My atlanta house has some leaks due to hailing damage. I called the company to have someone to come and give me an estimate the house. They were professional at first, but on that day, no one showed up. Disappointed, I called them, and they assured me they will take care of it the next day. Once again, no one showed up. I called them at 2:00 PM, and no one picked up.

I called again at 4:00 PM, the same thing happened. I tried again the next day, still no one picked up my called. I ended up asking another company to take care of it. I have never been so frustrated with a company before. They are NOT professional, I would never recommend anyone to go through this process again. I hope you guys read this review before I do, so you don't have to waste 2 days of waiting like I did.

I called this roofing company to see if they could come by and give me an estimate on a leaky roof. Originally I was told that no one could come out to my place until the following week, but later on I get a call back saying that someone WOULD be able to come out the following day for an estimate an possible repair. I was also told that he would follow up with me to confirm that his contractor showed up.

Keep in mind this call was made on July 3rd, but I was assured that someone would be at my house on July 4th even though it was a holiday. Well July 4th came and the contractor was a complete no show. The rain stayed away for most of the day and I was waiting at home all day for him to arrive. Turned out no one ever showed up or even called as to why he couldn't come.

To make matters worse, the follow up call I was promised didn't come either. I don't understand what is so difficult about doing what was promised or at least providing a customer with a courtesy call in the event a promise can't be kept; but maybe I'm expecting too much from companies these days. Two days from my original call and still no contact from this company. Oh well on to the next company as my search continues for a professional roofer that actually keeps appointments and promises.

Legend roofing are fantastic! Prompt, courteous & professional. David, John and their staff are efficient, expert, and dedicated to satisfying their customers. I had a roofing issue that caused a leak and damage to one of my interior rooms. I called David at Legend Roofing and he was out to inspect it the very same day.
