We had a wonderful experience working with Yilber and Patricia. They were very thorough and detailed with every part of our renovation. Their communication is unmatched and they stayed in constant contact with us throughput the entire process (about 2 months). They handled any issues with insurance, contractors, etc with professionalism and treated us like family. I had all 4 sides of the house resided with Artech and they did a great job. The work included replacing some downspouts and painting the whole house and it came out beautifully! Patricia and Yilber did a good of setting expectations and communicating changes as they occured (we found the attic lacked plywood under the old siding, at all, and a few rotten spots elsewhere along the way)

This construction company is both professional and trustworthy. We have had many remodels over the last years and have dreaded dealing with another company because we have never had good work or good attitudes from the previous construction companies. Until we met Patricia and Yilber, owners of Artech, from the first meeting till the finish of our project we have been very happy we chose their company.
Our project was more than just a kitchen remodel, it involved taking down a wall, raising a ceiling and removing popcorn off the majority of the house. The length of the project took over two months, but Artech tried to keep us as comfortable as possible during that time. We will be doing more remodeling in the future and Artech will be our choice again.

I used Artech for my gutter cleaning and they were on time, finished the job effectively, and it was as if they were never there after. Artech is a wonderful company. They help us with our insurance claim and make it easier to understand. Their experience and professionalism make the floor and remodeling project a good experience. They paint the entire house, installed floors with special designs, did all repairs from the claim, upgraded the stairs and more. I highly recommend them.

We had Patricia and team renovate our master bathroom and were extremely pleased with the experience. Very professional and knowledgeable to help guide our design and find solutions that worked for our needs. They put in a new shower and tub, redid flooring and some plumbing changes along with new exhaust vent and ceiling popcorn removal. Communication and follow up was excellent and all work was done to a high standard. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

In a very short period of time She was able to help us getting ready to fix some items for my Home inspection that need to be done before my closing date with a very affordable price. We had three great experiences with Artech Roofing and Construction. They were affordable, fair, and the quality is outstanding. Patricia worked with us to make very specific adjustments to our kitchen throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Artech completed a roof repair, painted the exterior of our home, and renovated our entire kitchen. The price was competitive and the quality was suberb.
