"Josh, Crowder, the technician and diagnostician, was extremely knowledgeable and immediately recognized an architectural issue with our roof, which he believed was causing a leak from the roof into our front entrance. Albert, the Project Manager, and his crew did an outstanding job in making the necessary repairs recommended by Josh AND provided pictures of the repairs. We were among the many in our area that had the unfortunate circumstance of having damage to our roof when the tropical storm came through. We talked to four roofers before selecting Mr. Roofer and were really pleased with our choice. I was very happy with the process from beginning to end. They were efficient and responsive in getting the appointment set up and the contract signed.

The actual roof installation was fantastic as well. The crew worked really hard and left our house and yard as clean as they found it. The roof looks great. You never know if every little spot got covered, but I do know that Mr. Roofer will stand behind their work and make it right if there's an issue. We have used Mr. Roofer twice now; the first was to patch a leak, then we used them again when we needed an entire new roof. All of the team members were amazing, from our initial meeting with Josh, to booking, to the project manager to our crew on site. Their work was spectacular and they were clean and tidy. They were so patient with me asking loads of questions (and I ask ALOT of questions) but never did I feel they were annoyed with me nor did they make me feel ignorant for asking how or why about the process.

I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our new roof- from the outside to the inside! It's spectacular! Please note.weather effects timelines.which we understand, but apparently some clients don't. So if your work happens to be delayed because of storms, rain, ice, etc. that is not a reason to be upset with your Project Manager or crew; weather happens.jobs get a tad delayed, it's simply a fact.

So please show some grace and be flexible if your project hits a snag. In full transparency, we had a few days of delays; however, we were kept up to date and in the know about a new timeline. The communication was great and appreciated. I would absolutely use Mr. Roofer again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, service oriented and work focused company.

I called 4 companies to get quotes after some storm damage blew some ridge caps off a 15 year old roof. Insurance came and got me a check within 10 days. Based on the check I was surprised at the variance in cost estimates for the full roof replacement. Mr Roofer was the most cost affordable and under the insurance check amount so I went with them.

Experience has taught me that going with the lowest price I was going to sacrifice something along the way. I found them very easy to work with from day 1, from the scheduling to follow through on my 2 day job. When a shingle did blow off during a severe storm 2 weeks later they were out the next day replacing it. I had an uneventful experience at the price and time frame we discussed which was all I could ask for. I would recommend and use again based on my experience.

I live in a 2-story condo. I called 3 roofers when I developed a small leak. Albert with Mr. Roofer was the most thorough. He went into the attic, then onto the roof and back into the attic. The morning before the roofers came Albert went into the attic to mark the spot. I do not have drop down steps to my attic so he had to carry in his ladder each time. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The roofers doing the job were prompt, knew what they were doing and did a great job cleaning up.

These guys are meticulous and straight forward, they let me know everything upfront and were honest with pricing. I had a pretty nasty leak, it has rained since but no more leak. Everyone I talked to knew what they were doing and how to help us, very simple process! Service:Roof repair

I would not recommend. I complained about their completed job and asked them to come review. They refused to even look at it and completely dismissed my concerns before rudely driving off. I was flabbergasted. I would have paid for additional work if it was needed. Terrible, dismissive customer service. (This was my second hire of them too!) I would have hired them again too! Im so annoyed by this.

Albert was awful! He was rude and unprofessional. He refused to put on a mask and instead asked if anyone in the home was sick. This is after I informed me that the dispatcher said masks were protocol. I also offered him a brand new mask. Furthermore, he called prior to coming and quoted an extremely high price, damage unseen - as though he didn't want to do the work to begin with.

This business has great reviews, which is why I chose them. But, Albert is not the best that this company has to offer. As such, I will take my business and hard earned money elsewhere.

Richard was dispatched to my home for initial assessment of the roofing issue. Richard was highly professional, punctual and clearly communicated the findings after going onto the roof. Fortunately, the repairs were also assigned to Richard. Richard did a phenomenal job in repairing the issues and most importantly fixing the root cause. I've found Mr Roofer of Atlanta to be an overall great company to do business with and I'd use them again in the future! Also, the front office personnel is very helpful and responsive. Updated to say that we still have had no communication from the original gentleman who came out to see our roof. I called the main office to explain my situation and was told "well he isn't working today so. we can't really do anything". No apologies, no "we'll try to make this right". They agreed to call me back once they had spoken to him. You guessed it - three days later, still nothing. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

With all of the rain we have had in June and July, the flat roof membrane on the front and back of my house was leaking and I really needed to find a reputable roofer. Being in the insurance business, I am aware there are many unscrupulous roofers out there. I did my homework and found Mr. Roofer of Atlanta, their reviews are excellent, and decided to give them a call.

They were able to send their technician, Josh, who is very personable, upbeat and knowledgeable I wanted everything replaced down to the decking on both the front and rear of the house. The price he gave me was reasonable and I gave them the go ahead to start the job. Both Josh and the Mr. Roofer of Atlanta kept me informed, almost everyday prior to the project starting, which I really appreciated.

The water intrusion damage to the back area of the house was much more extensive than anyone expected. I told Josh to get it fixed and his team worked hard for 2 days in 90 degree heat! Juan, the master roofer, and his team left my yard spotless. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves and all of the debris was hauled off. Most roofing companies do not like small jobs, such as leaks, but not Mr. Roofer. I called Mr. Roofer and got an appointment for a service quote in 3 days. Albert came to my home and gave me a quote for 1 small leak and a pipe boot leak in my bathroom. He was very professional and also discussed with me when he could schedule the job if I was satisfied with the price quote. Albert arrived on time and did an excellent job. 5 Stars for Albert. Thanks Mr. Roofer for a qualified employee.

Called in the morning to set up a time to get an estimate on a new roof. An awkward and young receptionist robotically asked me questions off of a questionnaire and ended with "Someone will get back to you." 6 hours later at 4:45pm I have a missed call and email from an Angela. The next day, I call back and it's the useless receptionist again.

She said she'd take my message to Angela. Nothing back from Angela, and then today I get a phone call from some random girl saying, "Someone said you wanted a call back?" And I said, yes, Angela was supposed to call me back. I need an estimate. And after a very long pause (I almost hung up during this pause), she says, "Oh I see. it'll be $450 for an estimate." Nope!

During the 3 days this took I had already scheduled another roofer on the first phone call to do an estimate for free. Why is it so difficult to get a simple response about setting up an estimate?

Proceed with extreme caution. We received a quote for a leak repair last year and were up sold on replacing our roof pipe boots. We were told they needed replacement - that they were showing signs of wear and tear. Not only did this company misdiagnose our original leak leaving us to have to hire another roofer to fix that, but now we find that one pipe boot was improperly cut on install and needs to be replaced (13 months later). They only offer a 1 year Labor Warranty on new materials. USE CAUTION. Read the fine print and get multiple quotes.

Last August we were looking to have some roof repairs done. Small leaks and minor repairs. After some online research and in-person interviews, we chose Mr. Roofer. He did a great job and his crew was very professional. In November we had some weather damage, animal invasion in our attic, and this crazy idea to improve our deck - which had settle over the last 10 years.

I would like to thank Brad for consistently showing up on time, making a fair bid, doing high quality work, in a timely, organized and neat way. We were having horrible problems with our chimney-owing mostly to the way it was designed. The repair work was actually more of a rebuild and was complicated by height and by a very steeply-pitched roof. It was an awkward and a dangerous job.

We are very pleased with the way Brad's Roofing (aka Mr. Roofer) performed the roofing job at our home. From the start of the estimate to the end of picking up the dumpster, everything went great. Brad was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The scheduling was quick and efficient. The roofers were courteous, hard working and knew the roofing trade.

On October 2nd, I called Mr. Roofer of Atlanta for a leak on my roof. Within less than 2 hours Brad Thomason was at my house. In reviewing my roof, he said that I needed to call my insurance company, because it looked like there was hail damage.
