The Techs were curtious and also anawered my numerous questions while still be able to install the whole system (21 solar panels) in one day. Also rhe cleaned up nocely after the work was done.

The salesman, David, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He far exceeded any expectations that I had. The individuals that installed the equipment were very professional and friendly. The electrician, I believe his name was Juan (memory and old age aren't good and I apologize to him), he went out of his way explaining all functions of the equipment. He returned a couple of times when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this company and the individuals that assisted me.

This company is great when it comes to service but falls short when equipment fails. In my 3 years of having solar panels. I have had the equipment fail twice on me. This has caused me to lose money because my system didn't generate enough solar power due to equipment t failure. I was advised that the system would be monitored by SML and they would catch issues likes this.

Both times I caught this issues and this was a month into having the issues. I have yet to been notified by SML that my systems is not performing as it should. I have to catch it and notify them. The one thing I will say. They do come out and fix it immediately but due to equipment failure. I am the one at a loss here. I wish they would look more into my loss as a customer due to their parts of faulty equipment.

There is more to correct than just the faulty equipment. Aside from my complaint. This company is great and by far has exceed the horror stories I have heard about other companies. I have recommended them to other people and so far the systems have worked so I am not sure if maybe I have just had a few issues on my system alone but hopefully not everyone has had these types of problems. Update.

I have had the system now for almost 5 years and the customer service is still top notch. I had to call a few times about certain small issues but these issues did not cause me to lose any money or electricity. They did a great job and equipment is still functioning as it should. I think I might go off the grid here soon and I will have this company do the install.

Just had Solar Smart Living install a Level 2 ChargePoint Home Flex charging station for my Electric Vehicle. I am beyond impressed. As a test, I drove my EV approximately 90 miles before charging at the L2 Station. I was able up to the maximum charge in under 3 hours. On a dedicated circuit, I was able to charge about 30 miles per hour of charging for all of about $2 USD at nominal utility rates. This *sure* beats paying gas prizes. Don't think I will ever buy another gas vehicle again.

Very quick spotting a problem with my solar. They came out and replaced the inverter within a couple hours after noticing the problem. Very happy with the communication, identifying the problem, and notifying me about what was done and when they were finished.

Very, very professional and on time. I wish I had known about this Solar Panel Installation Company many years ago. The original Solar Panel Company that installed our Solar Panels were located in San Antonio, and provided terrible customer service and support. Our Solar Panel Inverter always provided a error code of 475 every time it rained, due to the poor installation of our Solar Panels. I definitely think this Solar Smart Living Company is a good choice when deciding on Solar Panels, Installation, and support for your home.

My sales rep was Jaime Navarro. I just want to say thank you for his honesty! After preparing the estimate based off my electric bill, he showed me it was too low to benefit from solar, thanks to the minimum $30 bill due to El Paso electric. Of all the companies I spoke with, Solar Smart Living was the only one that wasn't pushing me to buy something I didn't need. For this reason I highly recommend Jaime and Solar Smart Living.

After my uncle went solar and was happy with the savings, I called the company and immediately scheduled and appointment. Jaime Navarro was our sales rep and provided great detail about the system size, type of panels and even the tax incentives. Our long term savings will be in the tens of thousands and our immediate savings will be nearly $20 less per month than our current electric bill!

Amazing! From start to finish, I am so impressed with Solar Smart. Christian is extremely friendly and is there for you whenever you need him. The installers truly know what they are doing they are experts. They were flexible on the installation for example, I did't want any pipes or conduits showing in the front of my house so they found another better way to route the cabling.

Through the whole process, I felt like I was being cared for by family. Thanks to Christian, Oscar and everybody who made this a pain-free process from start to finish. I'll be doing future business with this company for sure.

Solar Smart Living has only been to my home twice in five years. On this visit I had changed my modem and my router. Solar Smart Living sent Ivan Gonzalez. This young man was very courteous and patient to explain the upgrades to this old man. Thank you Mr. Gonzalez and SoloR Smart.

Had Ray from Solar Smart Living come out and talk about Solar. We decided to get a system after doing some research went with Solar Smart Living to install my system. We started tis project the middle of October and on October 31 the company came out and installed 29 panels on my roof. Great job done. The workers cleaned up after themselves and explained what needed to be completed.

Now we are waiting on EP Electric to install the meters which should be by the end of next week and we are up and running. The whole process took about a month to get completed.
