Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Our solar panels were installed back in June and these guys have yet to send someone out to inspect and connect them. We got them by default because Winston Flair had a contract with them.

This company is the worst! It's been 2 years and they haven't conected my system I'm looking for an attorney to get reimbursed for the panels since they breached the contract It is just ridiculous that after all this time they haven't even call me, do not waist your time or money on this guys at all

We've had our system active for less than a year and they are not producing energy. I was told I have a warranty but when I contacted them a month ago, the told me they hadn't done the paperwork for my warranty to be active. It's about to hit 100 for the next week and I'll be without my solar panels to produce energy. I still have not heard back from them after they told me I had bad microtransistors. Unfortunately Winton made me use Border Solar. I wouldn't recommend Border Solar or Winton (that's a whole other story) at this point.

So our solar system has been up for less then a year and the brackets on the roof are already rusting. I have called several times and cannot get my calls returned. Don't waste you money on these panels they under perform and Border Solar will not service them to correct the issue

Jan 2019. In new house and ordered solar panels from Border Solar. Same thing. no one answers phone for several days. be careful with these guys. Still waiting for a call back on EPEC application. Very bad customer service.

I have retracted my previous statement about the non-communication. It seems they have fixed their phone issues. I received a call from their field manager and he went out to my house and fixed the problem. Turns out one of the fuses in the breaker panel went out, causing the meter to shut off. Hopefully that should take care of all my issues. I will check back in two weeks.

We have had the best experience with Border Solar. Gerardo our salesman is fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. The installers were amazing and very courteous, on time and not one spec of any material on the ground when they were done. They had a gentleman come and be here when the city did the inspection and we just got the net meter installed in 3 days after inspection. The whole process has been amazing We will recommend this company to everyone.

Choosing to install solar panels with Border Solar was the best decision I ever made. Everyone was very thorough & knowledgeable on the entire process. I received wonderful customer service. The entire team from salesperson to installers, & electricians were very professional, as was their service & installation. They did a clean beautiful aesthetic installation. I have saved hundreds since my SunPower system was installed. I couldn't be happier with the company & my SunPower solar panels.
