I have used AZEX for over 3 years. Since they have been spraying, we have not had any problems with any bugs. This includes the recurring ant problem we used to have in the spring. In addition, their personnel are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Dallas, who is our current tech. AZEX is the only pest control company I will ever use.

The technician under estimated the problem. So after his treatment I still had live bedbugs running around. He said he was going to come back with the dog and never did. And when I called the corporate center to see when I was getting the follow up, they said I never paid for the dog. So there was some miscommunication with that whole thing. It was only after I contacted the corporate center that the agent was trying to contact me and wanted something.

I feel I paid a lot of money and I still have the problem and I really don't want to talk to these people anymore. But they have taken the initiative and explain the situation. And came back to my house with one of the best employees and worked on my house until they finally alleviated the problem. I am so impressed with their follow through. I never thought anybody reads Those reviews. I am glad they take those review seriously. I appreciate Caleb and all his hard work and the follow-through of this company.

I did the bargain packing from AZEX pest control and was very PLEASED! Great deal and Caleb (pest inspector) came out two weeks later and checked my whole house with their k-9. Once again very pleased with his professionalism and the dogs behavior. Having bed bugs is a nightmare but this company gave me piece of mind. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Discovering that you brought bed bugs home in your suitcase from a weekend out of town is traumatizing. After reading everything on the internet about how difficult it is to get rid of those little buggers I was officially f-r-e-a-k-e-d out. Thank goodness I called AZEX. Not only did they make the process very, very, very simple (got rid of ALL of them in ONE day with a heat treatment) but they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and had an excellent bedside manner to boot (yes, bad pun intended).

The heat treatment is a bit pricey - but TOTALLY worth it. And the bed bug sniffing dog identified not only which suitcase I brought them home in, but also where in the house they had nested. Thank you to the entire staff of Azex. Your professionalism and hand holding made this experience soooo much better!

Azex is absolutely awesome! I was using SOS extermination for a long time, I kept having scorpions and beetles returning I would not recommend them at all. Well Ron from Azex shows up sprays for the first time I have not seen one scorpion or bug! I am so very very happy two thumbs up!

The staff at AZEX is very knowledgeable. When it comes to bed bug elimination, this is the company for Arizona. Using the heat treatment, they are able to get rid of bed bugs in the same day. The price is a bit high but you don't have to throw away furniture and you don't have to really prep the house. The prep for service is very simple and like I said, the problem is fixed in just a few hours. Ask for Ron and he'll take care of you.
