We have been customers of Hillside Pools for years. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful when we have had any issues with our pool. When I first got my pool I had no idea what I was doing. I wondered Into their store not know what to expect. They took me in and helped me. It's been 6 years now and It's like family now. Staff is so helpful and they know their pools. I tell everyone I know who has a pool to go visit them.

I have been a happy customer. Very helpful if you a question or problem with the pool. When you buy pool chemicals they will bring the cases out to your car after you pay.

I have been a happy customer for 5 years! I purchased my pool here & I have never had any experience but good. All my pool chemicals/products are purchased here as well AND I get excellent advice for any issue I've come across as a novice pool owner. The entire staff is very helpful, the Hill family is the best! I always recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or pool products!

Our realtor chose this company to perform a pool inspection before purchasing a property. Within the first week after closing we noticed three major issues. 1. Main Control Board that controls turning salt to chlorine was completely not operating. Even the LED status indicators were not indicating status of the system. Was not noted on report as working or not working. 2.

The skimmer system is not working. We are constantly fishing debris out of the pool manually using a net. The inspecting report noted a valve not closing all the way but stated "nothing major to the function of the pool." 3. Sand is constantly present at the bottom of the pool. Possible crack filter housing might be main fail point. After two weeks of constant calls and no action, they simple washed their hands.

The construction manager said these issues could of happened after the inspection so they will take no liability. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Obviously they don't stand behind their work and just take your money. Highly disappointed because if these issue were noted I could of negotiated before closing on the property.

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. And a local family owned & operated business, they are my go to pool store for chemicals, water testing & all questions. They are also super fast with a reply if you message them through their Facebook page

I had an emergency, at least in my mind it was, and went in to their place just a few minutes before closing. Not only did they have what I needed to fix my leak, but they also walked me through step-by-step how to do it, and they didn't even install the pool! Also, they gave me excellent pricing and let me break dance as I left! This will be my pool place from here forward! Nice people and a great atmosphere!

Hillside DID NOT install my pool (the pool was installed by previous owners) but they sure act like they did. They've offered to help this rookie out, I've never had a pool and they're helping me understand everything MUCH better. These people are SO nice and professional. I highly recommend that you stop in here and do business with these people, they're awesome!

Hillside pool and their entire staff was very friendly, supportive and professional during the journey of getting our pool! We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Terri, Chris, and their team made us feel like we were family and apart of the process the entire time. They are very prompt on getting back with you and making sure all of your needs as the customer are met. I would highly recommend them!
