This company has went above and beyond my expectations. I have had trouble w my hot tub for 3 months and they have came and worked on it multiple times. First it was a heater, then a sensor, and then a clogged filter. It has been running perfect for 2 weeks now. They stayed in contact with me and checked up on how it was running throughout the whole process. This is the right choice on repairs!

Pool Patio and Spas has provided me A+ service for my residential hot tub. They are super friendly, highly experienced and most knowledgeable about all things related to my outdoor spa. They have provided a repair to my electrical connection, seasonal service maintenance and just installed a cover lifter! I am a hot tub lover and know I am in good hands with Chris and Jack on the scene!

Scott represents them really well. He takes care of our entry fountains as if you were walking in to his business. He lets me know if there is anything wrong or if there is something he would like to try. He stays on top of any issues and keeps me up to date on progress. He does not waste our time or money on anything that is not going to benefit your first impression of our entrance.

We love our new hot tub! From the showroom to delivery to installation, Pool Patio & Spas, Inc.'s staff were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! Even with delays in production & shipping due to the pandemic, we were kept informed on every step. On the coldest day of the year, they were here setting up the tub, going through the maintenance and balancing procedures. We were able to get in it that night! Thanks so much guys!

Pools Patios & Spa did an above excellent job In setting up our new Spa at our home. They had to negotiate the spa downhill for about 50 feet and then install it between a brick column and the house leaving 3 to 4 inches on each side. They were able to do this without scratching the hot tub or hitting either side. We have been a customer for over 13 years and it's because of their great service that we re-ordered a new spa from them. You can't go wrong with Pools Patios and Spa as they treat you like a family member! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought a Doughboy pool from them to have it installed in ground like 2 others I know had installed. They referred me to a company that installs pools but they will not claim them as installers employed by them. That should have been my first inclination that they were not on the up and up. I called the pool installation guy and he did not have someone to dig the pool so I called a local contractor to do it.
When you hire someone to install a pool you expect it to be installed as the manufacturer would warranty it. This was not the case as the installer had his own way of installing it. I expressed my concerns about the floor of the pool and how they were going to have the sand laid before installing the liner. They had their own way of doing that also.
I have been told you need to tamp the sand to compact it into a hard surface. They said that the sand would harden as they watered it and it would be smooth. This resulted in the liner floor with bumps everywhere and wrinkles all over the floor. The manufacturer recommends a slurry of concrete outside the pool to keep ground pressure from building up and the pool collapsing in if the pool would ever lose water.
They don't do that either. Now I am stuck with a pool that has a wrinkly and bumpy floor and I have to take a week off of work to mix this slurry and apply it to the base of my pool before backfilling it. They also don't bring their own equipment. I purchased a new indoor/outdoor vacuum and the installer went into my barn and used it on the pool without asking.
I had only used it once and now it does not work as they left it out in the rain. Out another $125. I guess I should have did my due diligence about Pool, Patio, and spas before purchasing my pool. So, I am doing it for any other potential buyer. These people will sell you a pool and you are on your own. I am now out $13,000 and counting!
