Best secret locally owned AC business in town. Lived in AZ for 23 years and have dealt with many AC companies, and the guy was the most knowledgeable no nonsense AC guy I have ever dealt with. Don't do anything without a quote from this guy is my best advice.

I have never seen such a caring and responsive representative as Derek. He answered the phone on a Sunday and came right out the next morning. He loaned us 2 portable AC units until my new system is in place. I cannot say enough about this company and Derek!

Derrick was fabulous. His price was fair, he was very professional, we would use him again if needed. He is the owner and takes that very seriously, he makes sure we were satisfied with his work and we were. We had him work on our rental house and referred him to others. In this time it is difficult to find someone you trust and Derrick is just that kind of person. So glad we found him!

Honest as the day is long. Not only have I used him for our home but also for our apartments. I have used other companies and none come as close as Derek when it comes to honesty and customer service.

Derek has the best customer service! He has gone above and beyond to help us get our air conditioning issues solved. We have a home warranty which has been completely useless. The company our home warranty sent out to repair our ac told us we needed our coils cleaned before they would do the repair. We decided to have Derek do that for us instead.

He came out that same day to clean them. He informed us our coils were already clean and fixed the issue on the ac. He was honest and efficient. Mechanical MD will have customers for life. My mom has been using them for years also and has nothing but great things to say. If you need a good, honest, and efficient company who cares about his customers, look no further.

Mechanical MD saving the day! Worked mostly with Derek. We were last minute/last call, running into home warranty shenanigans and he showed up ready to go-- told him what the last company said had to be done, fixed our problem, made us aware of some faulty work and misinformation-- provided us with service recommendations. Appreciated the whole experience and honesty. Even more so just keeping the whole situation easy and cool, literally. You guys are my go to now.

Ion an Arizona type nightmare my AC went out on a Saturday night. By early Sunday morning we were desperate and thinking about a hotel room and a friend told us about Derek. He came to the house immediate and installed a unit the same day, for much less than I had imagined. This is the type of service that really doesn't exist anymore, so we want to commend him for going above and beyond the average type service. Our family is super grateful for your prompt and efficient service.

Dereck can actual repair things rather than take the easy and more expensive route of replacing things. His prices are fair, he is pleasant and personable.

This is the Valley's best kept secret! I think it's because they mostly do commercial work like the big malls, etc. However, when my (very old) AC stopped working on a Sunday in July, I called my sister who had used this company before and got their info. Derek is the owner and he called me within 10 minutes and was in my house in another 15 min. Did I mention it was a SUNDAY?

I was sure I was going to be out $5k or more on a new AC unit, and I could have easily been snowed by a shady company who wanted to oversell me. But Derek discovered it was a simple problem, fixed it quickly and charged me minimally. I was a bit in shock when he left just minutes after arriving and I once again had cold air. He also gave us several DIY tips to extend the life of our unit. Needless to say, I am a fan and even put his on my Facebook for all of my closest friends and family who might find themselves in need. This is the guy you want to know during a hot AZ summer!
