Steve did a great job on our remodel/Expansion of our house in West palm Beach. He is attentive to detail and easy to work with as was his day to day supervisor. It is hard to find good builders in South Florida and I would recommend Steve without reservation.

Steve from Steve Cury Construction handled our extensive remodel and construction rebuild of our 6,500 sq.ft home here in Palm Beach Gardens. His project manager and Steve were easy to work with and ran the jobs with a good control and work flow. Steve took the time to value engineer the plans upfront and saved us a good bit of money which we used on our interior finishes. I would highly recommend Steve Cury for any new home builds or renovations.

Steve built us an almost 10,000 square foot house in WPB around 4 years ago that we remain very happy to live in. He was physically on the job site every day - not delegating it to someone else, supervising subcontractors and always coming up with little improvements that could be made on the fly - from minimizing the sound of water in pipes, to adding extra outlets, planning ahead for generators, developing ideas for tongue and groove ceilings without having to pay a decorator - all value added. Having done spec building as well, he was also a good sounding board as to where we would get a return on our money if we ever had to sell the house versus potentially overspending. Lastly, he had a detailed planning and budgeting process with bi-weekly meetings to keep our project on track and within budget.

We were very involved in the building process and Steve was also happy to discuss every question we had (which were a lot!). The fact that Steve still has good relationships with his former clients from when we toured houses with him speaks volumes about how those clients feel about him!

Steve Cury is by far the best builder with whom we have ever worked. He completed a complex and challenging renovation of a 1955 Rancher we bought in 2015 and delivered to us a home that far exceeded our expectations. His conscientious attention to detail and impeccable integrity were evident in the product he delivered to us. He worked closely with our architect, recommending improvements and ensuring all plans and permits were updated along the way.

His hands on approach and willingness to include us totally in all building decisions produced a working relationship second to none. He maintained a positive attitude throughout the build and cheerfully accepted any changes we made along the way. Steve cares about his clients and the homes he builds. His warm relationship with us throughout the process has continued post-occupancy and will continue into the future. Attesting to Steve's skills as a builder are the few minor issues we've addressed since moving into the house a year ago. Steve built the home correctly with excellent quality control and was able to complete it under budget.

His ideas about how to build an beautiful and energy efficient home have already paid dividends. We constantly get compliments on the quality of our home inside and out. An added bonus was Steve's attention to special building details that resulted in the delivery to us of a home that can withstand very large hurricanes, should the situation arise.

We are very happy with Steve Cury and think he is the type of builder that anyone who wants to do anything from small remodeling projects to new home construction would be happy to have. His products speak for themselves, and his relationship with his clients is is outstanding.

I've worked with Steve twice and must say it has been a pleasure. I value Steve's suggestions, his attention to detail and his quality minded work. He's a builder with an architect's eye. And no matter the size of the project Steve is involved and will always return your calls, texts or emails within a few minutes. While not the cheapest (remember, you get what you pay for) Steve will work within your budget. And if there are any problems after the job is completed Steve will cheerfully return to fix them.
