Gutter Glove

I would highly recommend GGNC to install the Gutter Glove products. Ricky took the time to explain the products and the installation process. The crew was professional, on time and did a great job. I no longer have to clean the gutters after every major thunderstorm! Ricky stands behind his work. We had some additional issues after install. Ricky was very responsive and his crew took care of our concerns.

Nice experience. Was not pressured to buy anything. Was provided an ACTUAL quote (NOT a text with a total dollar amount) quote included diagrams of work to be done if I decided to hire them. Very professional and spent time explaining things.

I had several projects and was happy to find someone who could do them all. I wanted to add a Rainchain which was close to my Koi Pond, add a water barrel for my garden, needed better drainage in my driveway and some gutter repair. The final project was to power wash outside and check for any areas with rot. The owner, Ricky, spent time reviewing what I wanted and the best way to do it. Drainage was important to me and I was impressed he came back with his expert (Rick), to make sure the (Rainchain) drainage would not affect the Koi Pond.

As you can see from the pictures, the work was excellent. Ricky called or came to the house several times throughout the day to make sure everything was OK. His crew (especially Rick) were professional, courteous, checked with me if they had ANY questions, made some awesome suggestions and were on time every day. They were careful to keep their distance when I came outside (coronavirus).

They were also working in near 100° weather on several days but still completed on time & on budget. Please look at the pictures to see some of the results. I would highly recommend Gutter Glove NC to do any work you may have.

Thank goodness Ricky Stroup convinced us from the get-go that they were our best choice. We could not be more pleased with our experience with him and his team. They were very conscientious and respectful of our property, our physical space, and our psychological space which is always important, but is especially so, now, during this Covid 19 crisis. Ricky is calm and patient and communicative (even at a social distance).

We never wondered, "where are they? What's going on?" They paid close attention to our aesthetic, and made some great suggestions that we would not have thought about, and that gave our project finesse. They didn't just get the job done, they cared about the job and it shows. We are so grateful!

The name "Gutter Glove-NC" does not adequately capture the range of the skills Ricky Stroup's company commands. GG-NC does excellent construction work - in my case, they tore down a deck and front entrance stairs and built replacements, replaced a damaged deck door, constructed some cement-block stairs for my steep backyard, and completed a handful of more minor tasks.

Everything was done efficiently, skilfully, and with meticulous attention to both workmanship and worksite-cleanliness. Mr. Stroup always kept me exquisitely informed of their plans and schedule. He is the antithesis of the contractor who disappears and becomes unreachable without warning in the middle of a job. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I recommend Gutter Glove-NC without reservation!

We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom and couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the people, workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Everyone worked hard, communication was excellent, and we enjoyed a collaborative experience throughout the process. Job well done!

Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options.

Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!
